Icy day - had three toddlers with us. Chose a house with a garage for safety purposes. Garage door was completely caved in due to some unknown reason upon arrival. Notified vacasa - no response after three emails during stay. Understand a quick fix can't happen but a timely response is more than acceptable. Got a response two days AFTER we got home.
If you have safety concerns come up - be aware. House was nice but will look elsewhere next snow trip.
We have rented this cabin before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is great, outside of the high traffic zone but close enough to all activities. However, this time we were extremely disappointed in the management's response to a problem. The heater in the master bedroom did not function so it was a very cold 50 degrees the first night. We felt that the response to our call to management was rude and dismissive - "well, it's Tahoe" - argumentative and non- responsive. Told us to use more blankets and said it had never happened before. After a few hours, another phone call resulted in some space heaters, which could have been a quick solution earlier in the day without the rudeness. We would have been satisfied with that.
Great location. Spacious property. Just a few new touch ups needed like pillows, bed spreads, linens, pillow covers. Overall excellent
Perfect location close to the lake. My grand kids asked if we could come back because the loved it so much. Kitchen is outfitted to the max. We loved it.
We had a great time. The location of the property is great. We had no issues with the noise from 89. The place is very big, although it was just the two of us. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are not. Very much enjoyed our time though.
