Located just 450ft from the Strand & Sand and two blocks from Hermosa Pier makes this property the perfect location for enjoying all that these beautiful South Bay, Los Angeles Beaches have to offer. This is a BASEMENT unit that locks off from the main house and has it's own entrance. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom has a twin trundle and the other has a queen size bed. There are TV's in the bedrooms. The pull out sofa is a memory foam mattress which is full size. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a stove top burner and a counter Breville convection oven for baking and toasting. The windows and door in the pictures open to a narrow breezeway. There is no view of the beach. You have access to the rooftop deck which is 4 flights up. The roof has a small BBQ, outdoor furniture and lounges. The garage is also a shared space with the main house. Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and a surf board are there for your enjoyment. Each unit can park ONE car in the driveway. There are so many activities at the beach and depending on the time of your visit you may enjoy concerts at the beach, volleyball or surf tournaments, local wildlife and tons of shopping and fine or casual dining! This is a comfortable, clean lower unit with Laundry machines also available for guests. During the summer, we rent Fri-Fri. Please check our rates before inquiring. There is also the option of renting the upper 3 bedroom 2 bath with separate kitchen when availability allows.#444807

Perfect location!!!

Great place in a great beach community. Perfect location! Everything you'd need for a fun beach vacation. Walk out your door and walk right to the beach. A few blocks from Pier Avenue with all the shops and restaurants. All the fun beach gear you need. The bikes were great to ride down the Strand. There's a nice rooftop hangout. We stayed in the lower level of the property. Thanks, Mary Jo. We had a great stay!

Great Beach Location

Don't be put off by this being a basement unit. It is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. There was plenty of room for 4 or 5 people. The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. Only downside is that the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Kitchen has just about all the utensils you could want or need. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location with all the amenities!

This place is wonderful for 4-5 people. Even though it's the basement, it's super spacious and homey. The kicker is that it's less than 1 block to the beach. Just awesome!! If there's anything I'd want, it would be an oven. But that's only because we were there for Thanksgiving and we would have loved to have had dinner here vs my daughter's apt in LA. We hope to be back!!

Hermosa Best!

We had rented this property for my mom's visit from out of town. What a great first experience for her first time staying in a VRBO property! This rental was exactly as you see it in the photos. It was clean, has great updated decor and had every amenity of being at home.

The owners were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process before and during her stay. The location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently located by a small market for last minute needs, restaurants, entertainment and most importantly, basically a stone's throw to the Beach. We will definitely be staying at this property again and their adjoining unit as well Thank you Mary Jo!

Perfect House in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the two 4 level units. Our family and some friends had booked both the top half and bottom half of these units for an up coming wedding in the area. Top unit has 3 bedrooms and bottom half has 2 bedroom with a pull out bed in living room. Perfect for a large group as both units have access to each other. These units are so well appointed and had everything we needed. Especially the upper unit which was bigger and the master bedroom was wonderful and comfortable. The position of these units are only a block from the beach and a block to the main shopping strip which had wonderful cafes. There is even bikes for use which we took out daily for a little trip along the waterfront. Hermosa is the nicest spot along the coast and it feels very safe as well. We highly recommend either of these properties to anyone who wants a great comfortable place to stay in when on holidays!

Although small this unit is located just off the beach and within walking distance to everything at Hermosa Pier! It is a GREAT location! We now offer one parking spot in the driveway per unit.
