Brand new 3 bedroom 3.5 bath beach front town home! Fully remodeled and updated! Perfectly positioned along scenic gulf drive just East of Pompano Joe's, Costa del Sol is close to countless shopping and dining options! Enjoy plenty of space and stunning gulf views off your private beach front balconies. This beautiful townhome sits right on Miramar Beach with offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a design which you will only see at Costa Del Sol. The property offers a two separate living areas connected by an outdoor staircase. The first floor is an in law sweet perfect for the member of your group who might need a bit of privacy. The first floor includes its own living space with a flat screen TV, and a sofa which pulls out into a bed. There are two bunk beds built into the hall, and a full size bed. You have a porch right outside the first floor apartment that leads to the second floor living space. The third floor is where the additional two bedrooms will be located. All three floors of the townhome offer breathtaking views of the Gulf. The first two floors offer ample porch space so one can sit outside and take in the views.
