Remodeled 3br/2.5bath townhouse ACROSS the street from The Magic Kingdom! Short walk to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Alternatively, a complimentary Disney tram is only a few minutes away and drops you off right in front of Downtown Disney, just steps to Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Sleeps up to 8-9 persons very comfortably.

This townhouse was renovated in 2012! It has hardwood floors across the first floor, fresh paint in every room, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture throughout the two stories. And it is a corner unit so there is plenty of privacy.

The living room has a 42' flat screen TV with DirectTV, DVD player, and family/kid-friendly movie library. Dining room seats up to 8. The fully stocked kitchen has the major and minor appliances you'll need to cook including conveniences like a toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker (complimentary Starbucks coffee), as well as cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and even basic cooking spices.

Upstairs in the master bedroom is a CA King bed and a flat screen TV with access to over a hundred channels. It has a private full bathroom and two large closets. The 2nd bedroom has a spacious comfy Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom (cute Jungle-Safari-theme) has a standard full-size bottom bunk, a twin top bunk, and a twin trundle bed. A Pack-N-Play is also available to comfortably accommodate a baby or toddler. For added convenience for families traveling with young children, we can also provide special amenities like lightweight strollers (single and double), playpen, and a booster seat.

3 communal resort-style pools is fun for the entire family with a large safe playground for the kids. FREE wireless internet, in-house washer/dryer, and private assigned parking adds to your comfort and convenience. Enjoy Disneyland and California Adventure fireworks at night, leisurely walk to Downtown Disney restaurants/shops, and the proximity to freeways offers a short drive to the beaches or a little further to the mountains!

The private enclosed patio has a BBQ and patio set. You can even entertain at your home away from home. Sit back, eat, drink, and relax!

Magic Wynndom1 is old and showing it use

Condo needs to be upgraded or at least maintained. Outside door does not match the frame and you can see light all around the door when is it closed and locked. Entire condo needs a fresh coat of paint. Banisher needs to be replaced. Instruction on how to run the thermostat would have been helpful. Frig stopped working on the second day. Because it was Sunday it was hard to find someone to fix. We also lost all the food that we bought. We bought ice to keep the food cool until the frig could get fixed. Once it got fixed, the ice maker never worked. We again had to buy ice to cool our drinks. Pillows on the couch are old and losing thread so we had to keep picking the threads up so the littlest one wouldn't. Soap dispensers in two of the bathrooms did not work so we had to buy replacements to wash our hands. Kim as very helpful in trying to get the frig repaired. It is just the entire inside needs to be better maintained so that first and lasting impressions are positive not the negative ones that we got. Also dog in neighboring condo like to bark early every morning which woke up our little ones way to soon. Pools are not heated therefore we could not use them. We did use the playground for the little ones.

Wonderfully Appointed

This house was so close and convenient to Disney. Took us about 20 minutes to walk to the gates daily, which was actually faster and more convenient than using the shuttle. Felt safe and well lit even walking back late in the evening. House is so well appointed - had **everything** we needed! Would love to stay here again. Managers were so repsonsive to the little thing that come up.

Great stay for family vacation.

Kim was great to work with. She responded back within minutes with any questions. The condo was close to Disney parks. I loved having a designated parking spot close to the condo.

Perfect for our family Disney trip!

There were 8 of us staying here (our family of 6 plus grandparents). There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed and was easy to navigate. The house was a bit more run down than expected but still really nice. I really only had two complaints. One was that the pull out bed under the bunks was really uncomfortable--seemed like a wooden boxspring? Luckily it was my 3 year olds spot and we just put extra blankets down as a cushion. the other complaint was the garage keypad was a bit touchy and took several tries to get to work. Neither of these issues were that terrible--I'd stay here again for sure! The location was AMAZING, walked to Downtown Disney then into the park. Thanks for making our trip so easy and memorable!!

Great condo close to Disneyland.

We had a great stay, and enjoyed the condo. It is clean, well kept and comfortable. Only complaint is the mattress in the kids bedroom. The double mattress on the bottom is very warn, uncomfortable and needs replacing. The rest of the condo was awesome, and a short walk to the monorail entrance to Disneyland.

Car: recommended

While Disneyland and California Adventure are just a short stroll away, getting to Downtown Disney is also just a hop-skip-and-jump away. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes to dine at (Naples Ristorante and Pizzeria - highly recommended!, Rainforest Cafe, and La Brea Bakery Café just to name a few), many stores to shop in (including the LEGO Imagination Center, the Disney Vault, and the World of Disney - prepare to spend hours here!), and fun live entertainment (like the famous House of Blues, ESPN Zone, and Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen – Flambeaux's Jazz Club) within minutes of the townhome.

There are also many other exciting things to do and places to go!! Anaheim is about a 20 minute drive to some great beaches (like Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Seal Beach), a little over an hour from Los Angeles attractions & amusements (Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Griffith Park), roughly an hour and a half drive to San Diego (Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo), and the ski mountains are 1.5-2 hours away (Big Bear, Snow Summit). Orange County is also the mecca for world-famous shopping, like South Coast Plaza which is just 20 minutes away, and also offers Broadway shows at the Orange County Performing Arts Center!!!
