Walk a few steps down the boardwalk to the private beach. Inside, the home impresses even more with casual elegance at every turn and eye catching views from every window. I am a full time professional engineering consultant working south of Boston. Typical of an engineer, you will find the property to be well organized and immaculate. I have owned this home since 2001 and lived in the home until it underwent a full renovation. One of my favorite things to do is share this property with family and friends. I cannot express how much joy this property has provided for all who have shared it. I have received countless compliments.

This home was purchased as a second home in 2001 and later became a full time owners residence. The home suffered a water leak which caused significant damage. As part of the repair process, the home underwent a complete renovation 2010-2011 comparable to a new construction build out. The resulting home is very recently completed and exceeds every expectation. The 2012 summer season is the very first time the home has been offered for a vacation rental.

A taste of heaven.

Even with little sun, it's always a pleasure to stay at our favorite house on Cape. The house offers everything you can want in a beach house and much more and we highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for that five star Cape experience. We just wish there were more long weekends in the year because the schedule fills up early and for good reason. Susan is the most gracious hostess and always available to answer a question or take care of what you need. This is how any vacation stay should be and what makes this house and its owner so special. Thank you, Susan, for another delightful stay.

Beautiful Beach House

We have stayed twice at Susan's beautiful beach house, both times for Thanksgiving. The house has been strikingly renovated with superb views of both Cape Cod Bay and the salt marsh. Interesting walks can be accessed from both the front and back doors. In addition to the striking setting and well-designed home, the kitchen is well-furnished and we hosted family for the full-Thanksgiving menu. Susan is also a gracias host. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Sandwich Beach House

This amazing property was the ideal location for our family to gather the week before our daughter's October wedding on the Cape. Stunning views of both the ocean and the salt marshes, warm and welcoming areas to relax in, private beach access - this house certainly delivers! From the gourmet kitchen to the spa-like bathrooms, Susan's attention to detail has set a new standard for us in vacation rentals. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook our daily find from the local seafood market at the Sandwich Marina. Listening to the sound of the waves crashing at night was an added bonus! We feel fortunate to have found such a magnificent home to stay in, and have memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable!

My family and I have rented several homes on Salt Marsh Road over the years and consider it our happy place. Susan's home has outdone them all, however. Not only is it beautifully situated, decorated and outfitted for any need, but it also comes with Susan's grace and hospitality. I don't want to recommend it too highly because we want to keep it our secret. It is hard to top!

Wow! What a great find for us! Six of us rented this home for a week! We couldn't have asked for a better location and view! The home had everything we needed and them some! We would definitely recommend renting this home if you are looking to stay in this area! It was a great experience!
