I love all outdoor activities! Backpacking, cross country skiing, kayaking, anything and everything! I am a grandmother to 9 grandkids! I love to read, enjoy fine foods and wine, dance hula, and spending time with family and friends!

We are located in a charming part of town and we are within walking distance to downtown Ashland!
My husband and I stayed for two weeks in this lovely cottage while I attended the local bike mechanic school. This spotlessly clean space includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and plenty of storage room. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed with nice linens.
Located in the heart of Ashland which has fabulous restaurants and the amazing food coop, which is an easy walk from the cottage.
Beth was very pleasant and helpful. We recommend this accommodation without reservation and look forward to returning soon! Thank you so much, Beth, for providing such a perfect place to stay!
Beth went out of her way to greet us on our time and was so accommodating and wonderful! She gave us incredible suggestions on where to go and what to do in Ashland. You can't beat the location! It's wonderful and ideal. The cottage is so lovely and had me wishing I could move in permanently. The shower is fantastic and all the amenities you could ever need were provided. The bed is very comfortable. It's so relaxing and fabulous. There's also a cute little porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine at might. Thank you Beth! It's one of a kind. I hope to come back someday.
I've stayed in Ashland many times but I've never had so much fun. My husband and I stayed 2 nights for my birthday. We were able to walk to the OSF, restaurants, farmer's market. The hostel in the front house was very quiet. Beth is so accommodating and pleasant. Cannot wait to stay again next year. I started referring friends and family before we had even left Ashland. Thank you Cycle Hostel for an amazing stay!
My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Cycle Hostel in June 2015 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Beth was an incredibly gracious, knowledgeable host--she met us when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat, etc., and we were especially touched by the lovely little bottle of champagne on ice and champagne flutes for our use. Such a sweet gesture!
She had just installed A/C in the cottage, for which we were grateful because it was hot and humid during our stay.
It was a perfect location for walking downtown, and we also enjoyed observing the deer who visited the property in the afternoon.
Watch out for the speed trap on Siskiyou Blvd.! The Ashland police snared us--we were not going that fast!--he didn't care it was our anniversary. The only downside to a wonderful quick trip.
When we return to Ashland, we hope to stay at the Cycle Hostel again!
My stay was 3 weeks long, I was happy how well I was treated the owner is extremely nice, they kept it clean during my stay. I plan on returning!
This gem is located withing walking distance of the plaza and is clean, well appointed, roomy and perfect for a weekend or a week. Unbelievable value for the price. You can't go wrong, except if you book before I do :)
