Villa in gated Briarwood community. Close to beaches, downtown Naples, golf

The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, free local calls and a large flat-screen TV in the living room. The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings and a dining area, plus a breakfast bar. The villa has a private heated (solar/electric) pool with a jacuzzi spa, PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; ie. the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis courts, sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute's walk away . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been redecorated and refurnished, and is non-smoking throughout. CONTACT owner for more pictures and info. We can accept payment via PayPal.

The villa has an easterly-facing pool and lanai/veranda area which means it catches the full sun in the morning and as the sun moves round to the south during the day most of the pool area catches the sun well into the afternoon. The veranda's dining area at the western end of the veranda (by the patio doors) is covered and is pleasantly shaded from around midday onwards. The veranda also has sun loungers.

About Philip Cazaly

Philip & Jenny Cazaly bought the house in 2008. They live in Kent, where Jenny works as a teacher and Philip is a commercial pilot and company director. They had rented houses in the Briarwood community for a number of years and had grown to like its peaceful and secure setting, but also its convenient location for beaches, shops and downtown Naples.

Beautiful Naples Home in an Excellent Location!

My family just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We have rented several homes in Florida for vacations and this was, by far, the most beautiful home and the best equipped to meet our needs! The owners are very responsive and extremely organized and friendly. I e-mailed the owner more than several times during the six months prior to our stay at his home and he was always very prompt in responding to my e-mails and happy to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this home in the quiet, gated community. It was only a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches and the clubhouse with pool and tennis courts is right around the corner (within a short walking distance). This home is also a short distance to several grocery stores (our favorite is Publix) and a market we loved (Oaks Farm), as well as Tin City, the Naples Beach Pier, the mall, Naples Zoo and much more. We enjoyed eating each evening on the lanai by the pool. The landscaping and scenery is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this home to anyone of any ages!

Upmarket comfortable house

The house is very comfortable. Very well furnished. Very spacious.

The house is located on an upmarket private gated estate so is very safe although the whole of Naples seems to be very safe.

The house is very well equipped and very comfortable.

The house is within minutes of everything you require but you do need a car.

The owners were fantastic from our first enquiry.

Would not hesitate in recommending this house.

Great place to stay, every convenience to hand!

This property is in a great location, security controlled which is a real comfort. The property is beautiful and so tastefully furnished, the bed was REALLY comfortable.

September is HOT (91 degrees) so made full use of the pool!

Lovely house in good location

This house was simply lovely and we felt really at home here. It was clean, well decorated and equipped. It had a great relaxed feel to it.

We had good communication with the owners.

We would definitely recommend this property and when we return to Naples (we certainly hope to) we would look to book here again.

Naples itself is a great place too.

A lovely villa.

We flew from the UK and stayed at this lovely villa for just over one week. The villa is beautifully furnished and maintained. The pool is clean and we spent more time in it than out of it! The villa is conveniently placed for all the beaches, downtown Naples and within easy reach of the Everglades. The owners were helpful when booking the villa and providing advice for our stay, answering any queries we had very promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

wonderful time

A very well appointed and well equiped house set in a secure residential area of Naples. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the house had everything a guest could wish for, with a relaxing pool, hot tub and sun terrace.

location to malls and quality restaurants was very easy from its location, inc old naples with its charm.

We had a wonderful holiday and already thinking about returning for a longer stay.

The villa is only a few minutes’ drive away from some of the best beaches in Florida, as well as a wide selection of excellent public golf courses. Lowdermilk Park is a matter of minutes away and Naples Beach, as well as Naples Pier, is also well within easy reach, a few minutes drive away. For the more adventurous, Fort Myers beach and Marco Island, with a range of water-sports, are both about half an hour’s drive away. As well as beaches, there are numerous amenities and attractions within easy reach of the villa. Downtown Naples, including lively 5th Avenue and chic 3rd Street’s many art galleries, bars and restaurants, is a few minutes away. Boat trips and fishing trips are readily available from nearby Naples Dock as well as self-drive boat rentals. Also, the world-famous Everglades are a short drive away and the Florida Keys are perfect for a day trip at about 2 hours’ drive. The theme parks of Tampa and Orlando can be reached in two or three hours.

Golf: There are numerous public golf courses to choose from in the Naples area. Full contact details for these can be provided at the time of booking.

Refundable damage deposit $452.77

A non-refundable initial payment of 25% of the total price required to secure booking. The balance payable 60 days before arrival - also non-refundable. There is also a Briarwood community lease registration fee of £80/household and an end-of-stay cleaning charge of £100. A security deposit of £350 is required and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection has been made. Also, a 10% Florida tourist tax is added to the basic rental price.
