We selected sports village because of the great amenities available including the pools, tennis courts, and hiking and biking trails. It is close to shopping and national and state parks. We were particularly attracted to this unit because of its spectacular location within the complex. If you are like us, you will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the expansive deck with fantastic views.

Don't be humiliated-

We travel to St. George frequently and have rented many Sports Village Condos. We arrived 30 minutes early and were unable to check in to the condo only to be told that we were not allowed to check in until exactly 3:00 because the locks were run by a computer and they would automatically lock us out at 11:00 on check out day. The Condo had a funky smell upon arrival like stale cigarettes. We opened windows to clear the air. There are no toiletries including bath soap for short stays be sure to pack your own. We left the unit as we found it like no one had been there. Even though it was cold and rainy all weekend we had a good time mountain biking. When we returned home we were sent pictures of our used linens before they were washed so the owner could keep part of our cleaning deposit because they were dirty. I'm talking towels and sheets! Never seen this before. It was both humiliating and wrong.

Owner's Response: As one of the owners of the condo I am responding to your INACCURATE review. We take great pride in making sure our guests are responded to, which is what happened upon your arrival. Our locks are designed to give access at 3 pm as agreed upon in the rental agreement you accepted by your signature. I am notified when the lock is tampered with or attempted to be opened before check in. When I was notified that you were trying the lock I immediately contacted you by phone and allowed you early access into the condo, which you thanked me for as it was raining outside. We accommodated your early check in. To address the cleaning. We take great care to make sure the condo is clean, well stocked and ready for our quests and have never had a bad review. Upon check out of our quests, the unit is inspected for damage and the cleaning is started. There was damage to linens that was beyond cleaning and you were contacted. Upon your request, we sent you pictures. In no way would we ever humiliate a quest. We complied with all your needs and provided you with a beautiful place to stay. As owners, we are responsive and respectful to all quests and invitees to our treasured condo. It is unfortunate that as a temporary guest, you felt it necessary to write an inaccurate review. TO OUR FUTURE GUESTS, know that we appreciate quests that will respect and enjoy the clean, updated condo that we own.

Clean and Efficient

Similar to other reviews the apartment is very clean and updated. Everything worked well. All of our communication prior to renting and after we were there was answered quickly and was very helpful. Everything worked well in the unit. Only adverse experience was on Friday night when people renting the unit next door arrived at 1:30 AM and proceeded to unload dirt bikes and ATVs and then spent two hours driving them around the parking area. However there were no repeat performances of this and next few nights were quiet. We surmised this may have been due to management talking to them about noise. However it was short lived that one night and did not outweigh the benefits of this unit. We would consider going back. We had a good time at the unit.

Nice condo

The condo sleeps 2 comfortably and is clean and well maintained. It is in a convenient location for mountain biking the Green valley trails from the door. We have stayed here over Thanksgiving twice and will likely do so again.

Great getaway for a couple

We had a great time in the Green Valley condo. It was clean, nice king size bad with a good mattress. Kitchen was updated and nice. Amenities at the HOA were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The unit was extremely clean and had the items needed for the stay. Linens and towels were very nice. Contact from owner was very prompt and professional. This unit has my highest recommendation for anyone staying in St. George, UT.
