This newly remodeled house in desirable South Sandpoint

is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful covered back deck. Lots of outdoor seating and eating space. It is located within walking distance to downtown and the city beach. It is two blocks from the free public transit system—SPOT pickup site.

Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath home. Quality queen pillow top firm and twin firm beds, and quality cotton linens provided. There is a mixture of old and new furniture & local artwork throughout the house.

Room and Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1—1 Queen Bed connected to a full bathroom (shower), and bedroom 2—1 Queen Bed and 1 set of Bunk Beds next to a full bathroom (tub/shower).

NOTE: The house is set up to sleep six people—up to four adults, or two adults and their children, etc. It may not be as desirable for six adults unless one doesn't mind sleeping in an upper bunk bed.

Although the house appears to be child safe for any age, the house is small, and may not be suitable for children younger than 10 years old. For safety reasons, there are age restrictions for sleeping in the bunk beds - Top bunk—6 years old, and lower bunk—3 years old. Cleaning supplies are stored under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. TV is sitting on top of a piece of furniture. There is no fenced back yard.

Due to people who may have allergies, there are NO PETS ALLOWED, AND A NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT!

Perfect house in great location!

This little house was perfect for our long weekend in Sandpoint! Great location close to town and the City Beach. This house is spotless from top to bottom and Robin was welcoming and quick to respond to our email. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Great location and had everything we needed.

Our family of 4 had plenty of room and the backyard was a great space for after dinner games. Well appointed with everything we needed including mud room storage for beach stuff, cooler and fishing gear. The location is perfect- could walk to just about everywhere! This was our 3rd summer trip to Sandpoint and by far the best vrbo/homeaway rental we've had.

Lovely little home very clean

Well equipped home, very clean. Owners are local so are available if you need anything and are very nice. Very close to the sandy beach for swimming. Would definately stay here again should we be in the area. I will be recommending this house to my friends that want to visit Silverwood next year as it is only 30 mins away.

Absolute Perfection!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. My girlfriends and I spent a girls week in Sandpoint and we rented based on the pictures and the description of how clean it is. Let me say, it did not disappoint. Everything is exactly as described. The home is so cozy and charming and has all the amenities you could think of. We also loved how close it is to downtown and we walked everywhere. Sandpoint is beautiful and the people are so nice and friendly. Robbin was so sweet and accommodating :) I highly recommend this rental! We loved our stay!!

Great house!

We had a great time at this rental. It is clean and very well maintained. You would think you were the first renters ever by how well it is taken care of. It is in a great location, we walked to the city beach to watch 4th of July fireworks easily. The hosts Robbin and Tim are kind and attentive. You will not be disappointed, we loved it and you will too. We would definitely stay there again.
