This newly remodeled house in desirable South Sandpoint
is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful covered back deck. Lots of outdoor seating and eating space. It is located within walking distance to downtown and the city beach. It is two blocks from the free public transit system—SPOT pickup site.
Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath home. Quality queen pillow top firm and twin firm beds, and quality cotton linens provided. There is a mixture of old and new furniture & local artwork throughout the house.
Room and Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1—1 Queen Bed connected to a full bathroom (shower), and bedroom 2—1 Queen Bed and 1 set of Bunk Beds next to a full bathroom (tub/shower).
NOTE: The house is set up to sleep six people—up to four adults, or two adults and their children, etc. It is not set up for six adults. Most adults would not want to sleep in the upper bunk bed.
Although the house appears to be fairly child safe for any age, the house is small. We do believe the house is more suitable for children ten and older.

since the 70's, and Robbin is an artist.

My husband and I and another couple stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for two couples with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was comfortable, immaculate and had everything we needed! We enjoyed being able to walk all over Sandpoint. We walked to the city beach, restaurants, across the bridge, and other walking trails from here. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
Totally agree with all the other reviews. It is immaculately clean and freshly renovated but still gave you a feeling of being at home.
They have just installed brand new AC unit in the living room which was powerful enough to ensure it remained cool in the bedrooms at night too ...even though the temperatures when we were there were reaching close to 100degF! That was a godsend!
The owner was very friendly and responsive to questions we had before and during the trip.
Love that it is on a quiet tree lined street within easy walking distance of the beach and town. In addition to previous comments it was v convenient was that they converted the garage area into a mudroom - so we could leave all the sandy towels shoes etc there rather than bring into the house.
This place was perfect for our family of four - we were very comfortable here and enjoyed being within walking distance of an organic market, the lake and downtown. It was clean, expectations were clear, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great (good water pressure & we never ran out of hot water), kitchen was fantastic (although we couldn't find a pizza pan or cutter), laundry machines were a huge convenience (high quality, large capacity, quiet ones) and the price was right. The only advantage a hotel would have over this place is air conditioning and black out shades, but I still think we made the right choice staying here and highly recommend it.
My husband and I live in Florida and this was our THIRD stay in this lovely and comfortable home. It is definitely a "home away from home". The house is immaculate and well maintained. Owners are so nice and take care of any needs. Location is in the heart of Sandpoint and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for couples.
My mom and I had a weekend getaway and LOVED this place! It was so clean, very nice appliances, comfy beds. The backyard was nice to sit and relax, the neighborhood is very quiet! We loved how close it was to downtown. I would recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

The $200 Damage Deposit will be forfeited if there is any smoking and/or pets on the property and/or in the house as
outlined in the Information/Rental Agreement.
