Stunning 3 bed detached townhouse with fantastic sea views refurbished to a high standard and located with only a short easy walk to the beach and entertaining Praca. Vale do Lobo has great on site facilities including 2 championship golf courses, Wellness Centre Spa and fitness, Tennis Academy with 14 tennis courts, water and beach sports, internet and games, swimming pools, shopping centre, night club/disco, supervised children's village, crazy golf and many fine restaurants and bars, bank, newsagents and medical centre, supermarket and internal shuttle bus. Whether you have young children or teenagers you can relax knowing there is plenty for them to do. This townhouse is in a particularly quiet area but so well placed for everything. You are not really overlooked and can relax totally in a beautifully presented house that has kept its old charm. Dine outside and enjoy the beautiful views, from the back patio or top terrace. I know you will have a great holiday.

Just loved the area and the uniqueness of VDL. Its a hugely relaxing place and I intend to spend more and more time there.

What makes this house unique

Close to great facilities in a very secure and up market location. Also extremely close to Faro airport so no long transfers. Just very relaxing

We had agreat week. Well kiited out villa with evrything you could need to have agreat stay. Found the path to the beach which takes as little as ten minutes. Lots of good running routes and the food in all the restaurants was great. Enjoy your stay.

Perfect location

This is tht second time we rent the villa and we appreciated it even more this time. High standard, the interior desing and decoration appelaing as well as good service. The only disadvantage is the three levels from kitchen at the bottom and terrace at the top. ¨

Stunning!

We have chosen to stay in Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago for the past 20 years. Nigel's property (villa 148) is situated within a 2 minute walk of the beech and has stunning sea views. We were also delighted with the quality of outside and interior furnishings. The villa is spacious and immaculately maintained throughout and child friendly. We are looking forward to returning again next year for an extended stay.

Wonderful location, immaculately maintained

Nigel could not have been more helpful and everything was as advertised. We wopuld love to go back Its location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet retreat but yet close enough to the Praca to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, beaches and Breeze pool. It is 5 mins walk to the Praca which for our 2 teenage daughters ( 17 and 14) ,was great if they were socializing late at night as it was so close. The interior was beautifully maintained and the rooftop patio has stunning views of the sea. The 3 floors may be an issue for some folk as the living quarters are on the ground level, bedrooms on the middle floor and patio up top , but that may only be a small concern for certain people.. not us!! I can highly recommend it for those seeking comfort and convenience, with an opportunity to experience Portuguese- style living. Well done and thank you Nigel!

Simply the best

This house is scrupulously clean and beautifully laid out. From morning to night there is somewhere to sit in the sun. The roof terrace is spacious and well laid out. The couch in the garden catches the late evening sun. Everything works well and the photos don't capture the tranquility of this beautiful home. If you are looking for a beautiful house in a peaceful location with a helpful owner look no further. You have found the best.

This was our second visit to this lovely house, it is ideally situated for all the amenities .

Probably Portugal's best known golf, tennis and beach resort. Set within a beautiful area the beaches are very clean and stretch for many miles of golden sand backed by rugged cliffs. Vale do Lobo does provide everything, but the luxury resort of Quinta do Lago is just 5 minutes away and Almancil can provide all your shopping needs. Easy trips down the motorway will take you to Albufeira and the fantastic shopping mall at Algarve shopping. Going East, Tavira is an attractive coastal town and Olhao has great fish and vegetable markets on the quayside. There are many nearby golf courses, the best in the Algarve and also nearby sports facilities, spa and beauty clinics for the ladies. This is an all year resort with much to do during all the seasons and golf being especially popular in the months outside the very hot summer.

The property is a detached townhouse set on 3 floors. Flat screen TV and also internet. There is a garden area accessed by patio doors from the main lounge/dining area. There is a table + 6 chairs for outside dining and attractive garden area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor and there is a top terrace and laundry area with another fridge, washing machine and sink and large drying area hidden at the side of the top terrace. There is dining table and chairs for 6 and 2 sun loungers with wooden pagoda to shade the dining area. There is a large parasol that can be put up over the sun loungers. Stunning views of the beach can be seen all the way down to Albufeira and the small lights of the fishing boats can be seen going out against a wonderful sunset. Only unsuitable for the elderly or infirm due to the amount of stairs. Kitchen is modern with plenty of saucepans, crockery,cutlery, some plastic kids cups/plates etc.
