The apartment was everything we hoped it would be and more for our short trip to Prague. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were great and the view from the balcony was wonderful. We were only there a short stay so never used the kitchen, but it was well appointed as was the rest of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.
We must also include that the property manager, Vlad, was on top of everything throughout our stay. He provided us firewood for the fireplace (love a real wood fire!), gave great advice on how to get around town via public transport, and provided us transport to and from the airport on our arrival and departure. He is truly a wonderful asset to this property.
This apartment is a little outside the touristy area of Prague for sure. However, we stayed there with three children and two adults and had no trouble walking to the IP Pavlova station and getting anywhere we needed to.
The apartment is just lovely, it is well decorated, it heats up quickly, and the views from windows, skylights, and the top-of-the-building patio are impossible to beat. The internet works well and is fast for the speeds we've encountered elsewhere in Europe. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Christmas dinner.
There is a supermarket just a few meters away from the apartment, as well as an absolutely delicious Indian food restaurant. As well, there is a tram stop right in front of the building, so one doesn't need to walk as much as we chose.
The apartment is on an upper floor and there is no lift, so that may be an issue for some people. For the most part it wasn't an issue with us except that we didn't look forward to climbing the stairs after a day of sightseeing!
Transportation from the train terminal was easy to arrange, as was the transportation to the airport. In addition, when we left my husband's quite expensive camera in the apartment, we called and were able to arrange for someone to deliver it to us before our flight left. The customer service was very impressive.
Our family adored Prague, and we really had second, third, and fourth thoughts about leaving this wonderful apartment!
The apartments are located in a very central part of the city. The district has two vineyards and you can reach the river Vltava and the Wenceslas sq. within a few minutes walking distance.
