Perfect weekend getaway!
This cabin is nestled in the mountains with a beautiful creek next to it...so enchanting and serene. It was everything my family wanted for a quiet holiday weekend unplugged from the distractions of every day life. We put on a fire every night and made some great meals in the kitchen which was equipped with everything you could possibly need, spices too! The beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. Board games, books and movies were there too, plus a great cabin journal with entries dating back to 2009- entertaining reading! The screened-in porch was wonderful sitting in on the one rainy evening. There was even a birds nest right in view with babies being feed by momma bird. The bathroom had hot water to really enjoy after white water rafting and hiking all day! A great cabin! Thank you so much Lynne! We enjoyed our weekend and created some wonderful family memories.
Glad you had a wonderful time! I hope you come back to visit again.
Very cozy and picture perfect in the snow! Can’t wait to go back!
The cabin was very clean and cozy. This will definitely be our go to place whenever staying in the area. Lynne was very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.
Enjoyed another long weekend at the cabin. Thank you Lynne!
Cozy, clean, great location.
Wonderful place to stay. Loved it! Super nice and helpful owner.
Clean, cute cabin
The cabin was comfortable and clean. It's an older cabin and is very quirky. It's in a cute location with a stream in the back. We didn't spend much time at the cabin as we were out running around all day, but we did enjoy watching movies on the DVD player in the evening.
More dated than the photos suggest
Pictures must be several years old as landscaping is a lot more overgrown. Cabin is not shabby but is starting to show its age. Exterior is very mossy. As stated there is no cable TV but television remote is missing and buttons on TV are in disrepair, making it difficult to enjoy movies on DVD or VCR (cannot change input on TV without some luck on your side!). Main bedroom is small, second bedroom with bunk beds is more of an enclosed nook. Appliances are functional but old. Memory foam topper and undersheet are stained and should be replaced. Shower pressure is very low and shower head could use some CLR.
