4 Bedroom, 3 + Baths, HD Flat Screen TV's In Every Bedroom! Quiet Neighborhood

We are excited to announce our newest vacation property the 'Grizzly'! This charming two story house built in 1995, has 4 bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms and can accommodate 10+ for a large family or group of traveling companions. This spacious vacation rental has three floors with a bright and airy open floor plan on the main level. Large windows and skylights throughout lets the sunshine in! Our beautiful home has two covered porches and a spacious yard with plenty of shade trees complete with a tire swing for the kids! This short term rental is conveniently located near downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 

We were very busy remodeling and upgrading this beauty in the spring of 2017 with fresh paint, adding central air conditioning, replacing the kitchen with all new cabinetry , granite countertops, new stainless appliances, new flooring throughout, an additional full bathroom, new light fixtures and fresh, new contemporary furnishings. This family friendly guest house has a spacious, open concept living area on the main level. The living room is furnished in beautiful leather furniture that comfortably seats six.

The dining room has a large table that comfortably seats eight.

The living room has a 43" Smart TV with Dish satellite programming. This TV also allows you to use your Netflix, Roku, Hulu and other accounts. This level has a powder room and a bedroom with king bed, 32" TV, walk-in closet and an attached full bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has one double bed and a rollaway bed is stored in the closet. There is a 3/4 bath in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The second floor bedrooms and bath are bright and airy, featuring skylights, large windows, a chest of drawers for clothes, spacious closets and ceiling fans.

The daylight basement level has a family room with a reclining sofa, a recliner, a futon that sleeps one person, a refrigerator/freezer for cold drinks, small microwave for making snacks, a 50" Smart TV, DVD player and a CD player with radio.

The 4th bedroom is on this lower level and has one full bed and one twin bed and has an attached full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer on this level and a large storage closet.

There are two large Smart TV's. One in the living room and family room and each bedroom has a 32" HD flat-screen television.

The backyard has shade trees, a privacy fence, a stone patio, picnic tables, lawn furniture, a tire swing for the kids, firepit for marshmallow roasting and a gas grill for those delectible Wyoming beef steaks and freshly caught native trout!

We have also included a few roaming deer for your enjoyment!

This fabulous rental is ideal for large families and groups, perfect for family reunions and wedding parties. There is also a two-bedroom cottage on this property and the combined rentals will accommodate 15+, plus our 'Moose Studio' is next door with the capacity to add a couple more guests to the list! Overall, the 3 rentals can accommodate more than 17 persons. Time to have a family reunion!

About Kim Brice

It all began with the idea to build a studio apartment behind our residence for our children just in case they ever decided to "move back home". Extended family and friends came to vacation in our beautiful town and of course, we welcomed them to stay in our wonderful, little apartment. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed their stay in our cozy, "moosey" home away from we decided to offer Moose Alley to other travelers as well. We have made many new friends along the way and hope to make many more in the future.

It is now 2018 and a lot has happened in the 17 years that we have been in the vacation rental business. We are 17 years older and hopefully "wiser". Through the years, nine grandchildren have been added to our family along with much joy to our lives.

Since the spring of 2012, we have renovated and restored a vintage 1936, three bedroom bungalow, an early 1940’s two bedroom, ranch style cottage, a darling, early 1900’s one bedroom cottage and this spring we added a modern 2-story 4 bedroom along with a 2 bedroom cottage on the property behind it.

It has truly been a labor of love, because it’s exhausting work and at times we were asking ourselves “what have we gotten ourselves into?” We have weathered the stress of the initial major renovation and now we can stand back and admire the accomplishment. We even received the ‘Pride Award’ from the City of Cody for our beautification of these properties. We have really enjoyed transforming these three, lovely little vintage houses from their former state of neglect to the beautiful and comfortable little “homes” for our guests and the best part of this endeavor is the hundreds of wonderful people we have met from all over the world.

We love sharing information about the area to our guests, helping to make their trip to Cody, Wyoming, Yellowstone and surrounding areas, an enjoyable and exciting experience. Our hope is that your family will have cherished memories of your stay.
