If you have ever visited Rosemary, then you know PARKING IS A HASSLE, here you can park directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.

The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.

This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.

The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

2 day trip to rosemary beach

My fiancé and I stayed here with our dog and it was a beautiful property with easy access to shops and restaurants. Very clean and such a cute relaxing beach house.

Perfect weekend getaway!

I recently stayed at the carriage house in Rosemary Beach and had an absolutely incredible experience. Jerry, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our every want and need was met. From the moment we arrived until we departed, there was nothing we needed that we didn't have. The location was perfect, with a peaceful neighborhood and a beautiful 5 minute walk to both the beach and restaurants. It truly felt like heaven on earth. I can confidently say that we won't consider staying anywhere else in Rosemary Beach unless this place is fully booked. It was an unforgettable stay, thanks to Jerry's exceptional hospitality and the most charming ambiance of the carriage house.

Excellent stay at Rosemary Beach!

Jerry and his wife have a beautiful property with great amenities. The location is excellent and they were very kind and accommodating hosts. Our kids enjoyed all of what rosemary beach had to offer. Great stay, great host!
