We have a herd of deer and a flock of wild turkeys who frequently roam the property, otherwise you will be left alone to make yourself completely at home. We restored the house next door and added your rental in 2011. We’ve lived here for 16 years and will be happy to give you pointers about our local wineries, hot springs and where to buy local healthy produce. We will also direct you to hiking and biking trails close by and offer any advice that can make your stay more enjoyable.
No smoking or pets please
As the property is on the second level and there are stairs to climb, it is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for small children.

My husband and I moved here 15 years ago and renovated our home on several acres. We added the detached garage with your apartment upstairs. We work during the day but will be available to answer your questions on check in.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2000
We fell in love with the area, the people and the opportunities for endless outdoor activity. We love being so close to the Shakespeare Festival and the great restaurants downtown, but yet in a quiet, peaceful, country setting.

We had such a nice time in your beautiful place! We will be back to stay with you.
This is a 5 star VRBO for sure!
This'Treehouse', a beautifully decorated, well maintained home away from home was perfect for our weekend escape!! It is so peaceful and had everything you need to rejuvenate and renew. Close enough in proximity to shopping but once in the private enclave of the Treehouse, you have absolute peace and quiet. The owners set you up prior to your visit and allow you to enjoy your time at their immaculately clean apartment. We made meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the varities of teas offered! The deck area is extremely peaceful and it's a wonderful place to read, meditate and enjoy the fresh air of Oregon! I loved the string of lights that decorate the deck in the evening.
Thanks for sharing your Treehouse with us!!
Well maintained rental with all the comforts of home. Very private and quiet with beautiful views across the valley. Even rainy days were a pleasure here. This will be my new destination when I return to Ashland once a year.
We had a lovely stay in Ashland and I attribute most of our success to Marty and the beautiful property we rented. Marty was kind, helpful while non-intrusive, and obviously has great attention to detail. She thought of everything from kleenex to an extra heater if we needed it. 5 stars for her and the beautiful guest house!
We came to Ashland for a wedding. We arrived a few days early to explore the city since we had never been there. This place was great. A little out of the way but only a 10 minute drive to town. Restaurants and stores nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was very cozy. Great views off the deck. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again if we came back to Ashland. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.
We couldn't have been happier. Everything as advertised and more. Easy access to the Shakespeare Festival and only a couple hours drive to the Redwoods, the coast and Crater Lake. You won't be disappointed.
A small but thoughtfully appointed stand-alone unit with an ample-sized deck and picturesque views of forest and distant mountains. We were made to feel more than welcome by our host and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of our location, which was only a short drive to the center of Ashland.
