Our East facing patio is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and an evening meal in the afternoon shade. Since this condo is about 500 feet from incorporated Boulder's line, you do not pay any additional taxes to the City of Boulder.
This home is located in a quiet, residental area but offers many of the amenties of being downtown. You are steps away from bus transporation and within walking distance (about .3 miles) of several coffee shops, restaurants and a major grocery store. Paved bike and walking paths, along with tennis courts and a playground, can be accessed from several locations within the neighborhood. Historic Pearl St. - 3.2 miles, Univ. of Colorado - 3.8 miles, Boulder Reservoir - 3.9 miles.
Estes Park and Rocky Mountain NP is 35 miles away.
The main floor offers an open, uncluttered floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, skylights and plenty of natural lighting. Our home is ideal for two couples to share as both master bedrooms have king size beds and each has a washroom nearby. The main floor master bedroom has a new king size pillow top mattress/bed, two large closets, with a full bath and office down the hall. Downstairs you'll find a king size master suite with a new furniture including a king memory foam mattress and second television. There is a spacious, private bath with shower. Adjacent to the king master suite is a third bedroom with 2 single beds, a crib (upon request) and changing table.
The home has recently been updated with new appliances in the kitchen, new carpet and tile, new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and new paint, along with new energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems.
Since we rent to families with allergies we have strict NO PET AND NO SMOKING POLICIES. We strive to keep our home environmentally safe by using non toxic insecticides.

My husband and I are retired. When we are not traveling, we spend about 4 months of the year in Colorado visiting with our youngest daughter and her family and eight months of the year in Illinois with our oldest daughter and her family. We enjoy traveling and playing bridge, along with other card and board games.

We purchased this home so we'd have a comfortable, convenient place to stay while visiting family. We are so pleased that we do not need to drag our luggage and groceries across parking lots, up stairways or in elevators, and/or down long hallways. We just park our car in our spacious 2 car attached garage. Our kitchen is steps away from the garage and our laundry closet is on the first floor.
We are also delighted that we can access Boulder's great bus system about 1/2 block from our home. The buses take us all around Boulder and also to the Denver Airport!!
Our daughter and her family have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and love the location, too!
This house is located in a quiet, residential area. It is ideal for 2 couples sharing our home as there are two master suites. It is furnished to be senior friendly with comfort height furniture & bathroom fixtures along with grab bars in the upstairs bathroom. It is also infant and child friendly with cribs & a play area for children. Two cribs, a changing table, 2 highchairs, and a baby gate for the stairs, plus some toys for ages 1 - 6 are available. The laundry is on the first floor and has a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is easily accessed from the two car garage. There is abundant lighting in all the rooms from the windows/ skylights and numerous light fixtures.
We were in town for a post wedding family vacation and decided on staying at this residence. Wonderful condo and a place I would stay again and highly recommend if you're in town for an extended stay. The residence was everything it advertised and more. The owner, Diane, was very helpful in setting up arrangements and was always in contact if needed. Very accessible to any location throughout town and close to other sites outside of Boulder. Very quiet neighborhood, where you could appreciate the scenery and solitude if wanted. The condo fit all our needs for our trip. Many great places to eat, activities to participate in, sites to see or just staying put and relaxing.
Excellent accommodations. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Property was accurately depicted in pictures. Owner was very responsive and went so far as to provide florist suggestions for daughter's wedding flowers. No complaints-no surprises. Would definitely recommend the unit.
My family and I were attending a wedding in Boulder and decided to make it an extended stay of 6 days to adventure into the beautiful mountains of CO. This home was perfect! It is extremely well maintained and clean and was a perfect size for my family of 6. The location was fantastic as well. It was easy to find, close to a bus location which my daughter and her boyfriend used to head into downtown Boulder one day (very short ride). They said it was very easy to get around on the bus and the bus was clean and driver very friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on New Years Eve and everyone we saw seemed very friendly.
I would rent this home in a heartbeat when we come back to CO again!
My fiancee and her friends participated in the triathlon at the Boulder Reservoir and this home couldn't have been in a better location, just 3.5 miles from the event! They were thrilled that come race day, we were able to get there within minutes, one less thing to worry about. The neighborhood seemed great, very quiet and laid back. The garage was indispensable considering all the rain we had during the week, plus it was nice that we could take their bikes off the rack and store them in the garage so we weren't toting them around town. They loved having the ability to cook at the house rather than going out to eat all the time. Cable TV and WiFi were much appreciated after the race was done and everyone was relaxing back at the house. All in all, a great week spent in a wonderful place, we would love to visit Boulder again and stay in Diane's home.
We just returned from a weekend spent celebrating our daughter's graduation from CU. We could not have asked for a better place to be our home base. The house is close to many attractions, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved the garage (it rained and snowed all weekend). The house has more than enough room for a family of 5. We even had a dinner party one night. Thank you Diane for helping making this weekend even more memorable.
My grandson who plays football for CU wanted a Thanksgiving family dinner. So we rented this condo and it was perfect. His mom and her boyfriend and step dad flew in from NY and I flew in from California. Very well supplied and the water and wine in the fridge was a delightful surprise. The condo is great for families with kids, lots of toys and baby equipment. The upstairs and down stairs rooms were very roomy and 2 full bath rooms which was my requirement. Loved the WIFI and the office ( even though we did not use it) and the brand new couch which was very comfy watching the Thanksgiving Football games. Owners were quick to respond to email. Diane thank you for sharing your home it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
Community pool and tennis courts available for use. Nearby parks, playground, and close to paved walking and bike trails. Three beautiful golf courses are close by. University of Colorado 2.7 miles away, Boulder Reservoir, with beach, swimming, boating, and sail boarding is approximately 10 minutes away. Eldora ski area is approximately 25 minutes away, Breckenridge, Summit City, Vail, and Winter Park Ski areas are 1 1/2 to 2 hours away. Blackhawk and Central City, historic mining towns, now home to many casinos, is 1 hr. away. Denver is approximately 35 miles away.
