It served its purpose
We were there to ski and we had a great time skiing at Copper Mountain. The townhouse served its purpose as a place to eat and sleep. It had lots of fresh towels and linens. If we had been spending more time there we would have wanted a couch that had more comfort and support to it. The pans were hard to use because the nonstick surface is very worn and scratched but we made do. I was confused about the food in the cupboards when I brought in our groceries as I have never seen food in rental house cupboards. I am a very particular housekeeper and wanted to clean the baseboards and walls but was thankful that the counters, tubs, and floors were clean. Had read that others were unhappy with the top floor being so hot, so we just opened the window and that worked. For the price and purpose it worked great.
Fantastic Condo for skiing, biking, or just a getaway
To start, Amy and Matt were fantastic owners. Their response timing and helpfulness was top notch as far as vacation rentals/ landlords go. Thank you once again guys for being awesome.
For the condo, we stayed for most of the 2016 summer and were thoroughly impressed by the place. The master bed/ bath upstairs was very nice and the two rooms in the basement were comfy and cozy! The temperature was very comfortable the entire time throughout the house, the appliances all worked top-notch, and it was a huge stress relief having the place so well furnished with all the plates/ cutlery/ linens/ washer & dryer/ etc. all set up and ready to go. The layout had 3 bunk beds in two rooms in the basement (sizing approximately being a single up top and a twin on the bottom but that could be slightly off), and a queen in the master, plus a pull-out couch in the living room.
For the location, it was a couple blocks from the east end of Main Street which made walking a breeze. Ditto for the marina, and the national forest just behind the house.
10/10 would recommend!
Thank you Amy & Matt for a wonderful experience with your home. We are very content with the cleanliness of the home.
Nice property and centrally located
Nice property with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group quite well.
Adult ski week
Wonderful, economical, convenient and spacious place for a group of adults!
return visitor to frisco
this place was clean and spacious but the three levels made it difficult to keep the temperature right. the bottom floor gets colder and the top floor gets hot. so we closed all the vent on the top floor to allow more heat to be distributed to the bottom floor but still it was hard to keep at comfortable temperature for all three floors.
Located conveniently on Route 9 between Frisco and Breckenridge. Short 5 minute walk across the street to the Frisco Marina. Easy 10 minute walk to Main Street in Frisco to enjoy the many restaurants and shops.
