A self catering apartment only 1 mins walk from the beautiful centre of Seefeld

Our apartment is located in the centre of the village. It is a ground floor two bedroom apartment suitable for winter skiing and summer walking or activity holidays. The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the ski bus stops just outside. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Seefeld in winter is the most romantic setting and the perfect place for a winter wonderland holiday. The apartment is brand new and benefits from connection to the town's centralised hot water supply. There is a biofuel log effect fire in the living room making for a cozy atmosphere after a long day in the snow. There is an underground parking space. In summer the scenery is spectacular and the weather generally warm and sunny. There are many activities available although relaxing in the sunshine is always an option. Value: This property is a new apartment only a few meters from the centre of the village. It has a large lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen is very high quality with granite worktops and an island eating area for 6 people. There is also a glass top garden dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace. The lounge has a double sofa bed and 2 single armchairs and a 42'' flat screen TV with conection to UK TV via a computer. There is also wireless broadband available. The main floors are hardwood with carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and utility room. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room with WC and bidet and the 2nd bathroom opposite the 2nd bedroom has a bath and WC

Just a few lines to say we had a great time in Seefeld. The weather was excellent, nearly always very warm and often over 30 degrees according to the technology in my car. The complimentary comments by other visitors about the apartment are all true and it's the best rented place we've been to in over 30 years of renting abroad mostly in France. It was very useful to have internet access for local weather and other information needs although I found getting to grips with the technology a tad challenging. Seefeld seems much the best base for seeing Austria west of Salzburg and much the prettiest. Enjoyed the walking and restaurants, the handworkers

  • Both bathrooms are fully tiled. Shampoos and soaps and towels provided. The apartment is brand new and the bathrooms are fitted out to a very high standard. There is plenty of hot water as the apartment is connected to the cenral hot water supply.

The living room has a large double sofa bed. 2 Travel cots are also provided although guests are asked to bring their own bedding for these. All other bed linen, towels etc is provided.

There is a separate boot room in the underground car park. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. There is plenty of space to hang wet clothes to dry. All bedrooms have a terrace with views of the mountains The living room has patio doors leading to a terrace and garden.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is a real home from home. A great place to relax and unwind and within easy walking distance of the local shops and restaurants. We have been many times before and the apartment is always clean and tidy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The scenery is stunning with mountain views wherever you look. Plenty of walks, cycle paths and villages to explore and ideally situated for the main routes to visit places further a field. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to recharge their batteries in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Absolutely awesome apartment. One of the best properties we have stayed.

Location. Location. Location. This place is definitely in a perfect spot in Seefeld. The apartment is a stone's throw away from a grocery store, which made supply runs easy. The indoor pool, ice skating rink, and sledding hill are also within walking distance (normal pace). As described on its property page, everything on its description was accurate. However, it surpassed our expectations. Communications with Mike was very prompt. Plus, we are very grateful that he was able to secure a second parking spot for us, and thus making our logistics less complicated. This place is truly one of the gems in HomeAway's catalog. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Superb Stay

As has been said in the other reviews, this really is a superb apartment. Spotlessly clean with high quality fittings and furniture.

The location is fantastic, only 1 minute walk to the supermarket and a few minutes more to the ski school and restaurants.

Communcation with Mike was excellent frim start to finish.

Seefeld itself was beautiful and we loved the Olympiabad swimming pool, which while slightly expensive was well worth it. As novice skiiers this was a brilliant area to learn, with us achieving a red run on Roshutte by day 3.

If you are looking for a 5* holiday experience, look no further. We really had a wonderful time.

Perfect Stay

This was a home away from home. The apartment was perfectly located, had every facility you could need or want and was modern and roomy. The owner was extremely helpful, answering questions about the town and offering suggestions to make our stay memorable. We travelled for 5 weeks throughout Europe and this apartment was a stand out. Thanks for sharing, your apartment will be our first choice when we return again.

Seefeld is within easy reach of Innsbruck and only a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. Alternatively, Munich airport is an hour and a half's drive away. The region is perfect for winter skiing holidays but transforms itself in the summer into a mountain paradise with stunning scenery. The historic and cultural city of Innsbruck is nearby and well worth a visit.
