Westminster & West End Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Smart Apartment in London's centre. Walk to Covent Garden & theatres.

Note: There is usually a MINIMUM 5 nights and always a maximum of two guests. Not suitable for children.

You will be met at the apartment by the greeter.

The greeter will show you round the apartment, describe the area and answer any questions that you have.

Interior designed, Soho W1 apartment with private terrace in Zone 1. Walkable to all important tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, The London Eye, Royal Opera House and Oxford Street.

Its walkale to most locations. In London this is much better than relying on public transport or taxis. Two or three miles in London can be a long way! We are just by Leicester square, from where distances to London are taken. i.e the centre of London.

42 inch LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet, phone, original artwork, large shower, fully equipped kitchen. Light, large lounge looking out onto large terrace. It is on the top (4th) floor with no lift, facing the rear with no noise from the busy street below.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival we will give you your payments back less £100. If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival we will give you half your payments back.

If you cancel 4 weeks or fewer before arrival you will lose any amounts paid for rental or the deposit if you haven't paid any rental. If you do not pay the balance (if any) by the due date we will treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation fees would normally be covered by insurance if caused by illness or other insurable event.

Comfort in good location

My wife and I stayed six nights in this unit, while vacationing in London.

The location is a ten minute walk (or less) to Leicester and Trafalger Squares, Picadelly Circus and Convent Garden. There's easy access to the Northern, Central or Picadelly lines.

The unit itself is comfortable for two people. It's clean and well laid out. I ran into a very minor glitch, when I arrived which was immediately addressed by the owner. Although it was too cold to enjoy the deck it was a pleasant touch that improved the ambiance.

As others have mentioned, the flight of steps to the unit could be a challenge to those with physical challenges. There was also a faint, but persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room that might impact those with allergies. Overall, this is a very solid value for those who want to experience a true London experience.

Spacious Soho Flat

Very nice flat in the heart of Soho with all the amenities. Beautiful terrace (sparsely used by us in February...!) but stylish small yet surprisingly spacious flat. Just perfect for two, many thanks!

Outstanding and convenient.

The property was truly convenient to London's West End. There are many outstanding restaurants, pubs, shops and areas of special interest to choose from. The apartment is located walking distance to the underground, taxi and private car service.

The interior of the apartment is well appointed. Everything was in perfect working order. The layout is most functional and the amenities are perfect.

AMAZING location in the heart of Central London!

This London apartment worked perfectly for our one-week stay between Christmas and New Year's! It was a little rough getting our luggage up the four flights of stairs, but only because we packed too much!! After that, the walk up was a breeze and I loved having the private rooftop area to enjoy some fresh air and the sounds of the City. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and was very nice! The flat is located within walking distance to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street shopping and more! The location in between two tube stations was extremely convenient for transport to other areas of the City. Everything was perfect!

Lovely Property Close to Everything

We stayed a week in this charming modern Soho apartment. In spite of the 49 steps up, it was convenient and comfortable. We loved the roof garden, even though it was winter and we only opened the doors one evening when it was unseasonably warm. Everything was easy to use, and we walked the four blocks to Tescos the first night to stock our refrigerator and pantry. Never used the metro but once when we traveled to the east end, so we didn't need an oyster card. We walked to Covent Garden, The Courtauld, the National Gallery, and the show Matilda which was just around the corner. We took two London walks and had lunch at Rules, a real treat. Our only small problem was the hard bed. Would suggest a foam topper would make it more comfortable for Americans. The new bath was lovely! It was all very clean. The washer and dryer were much appreciated and worked well. Thanks for an excellent stay.
