Interior designed, Soho W1 apartment with private terrace in Zone 1. Walkable to all important tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Big Ben, The London Eye, Royal Opera House and Oxford Street.
Its walkale to most locations. In London this is much better than relying on public transport or taxis. Two or three miles in London can be a long way! We are just by Leicester square, from where distances to London are taken. i.e the centre of London.
42 inch LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet, phone, original artwork, large shower, fully equipped kitchen. Light, large lounge looking out onto large terrace.
It is on the top (4th) floor with no lift, facing the rear with no noise from the busy street below.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival we will give you your payments back. If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival we will give you half your payments back.
If you cancel 4 weeks or fewer before arrival you will lose any amounts paid for rental. If you do not pay the balance (if any) by the due date we will treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation fees would normally be covered by insurance if caused by illness or other insurable event.

Bijou flat, perfect location
We stayed at the flat in August. It is the perfect location for walking and exploring- in the heart of Soho, close to Covent Garden, Carnaby St, Oxford St, The British Museum, restaurants, shopping, night life, culture, the list goes on and in... YOU ARE IN THE HEART OF LONDON!
The flat is on the small side, but it has all the luxuries you need on vacation- kitchen, tv, comfy bed, modern bathroom, washer/dryer and a great outdoor space to hang out. We were very surprised by how quiet this place is being right on Old Compton, but you don’t hear the street noise at all. I’d definitely recommend it!
Lovely flat in the perfect area of London
Thanks so much for a lovely stay right in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods of London. Easy access to everything and while there are a few stairs it just means you get a little workout while you stay. Cheers.
Fantastic Location & Charming Flat
My wife and I had a wonderful time in the heart of Soho. So many good theatres and restaurants within easy walking distance... The flat is very tastefully done and the rooftop terrace is fantastic. Would have preferred that the bedroom had a door at the opening rather than a curtain. We both found the bed to be uncomfortable. Lots of stairs!

We had another just lovely time. The stairwell up to the fourth floor is becoming a struggle for us. The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities.

Would not pick SOHO area again. Too noisy and crowded. Sheets and towels definitely not luxurious. Space adequate and clean. Very nice little kitchen but we didn't use it.
I am sorry that you didn’t like the Soho area as it was too noisy and crowded for you. It is in the centre of London and is well known as being the liveliest area. For many people it is the reason that they do choose the area. As mentioned on our many great reviews, Soho is lively in the street but it is quiet in the apartment.
In the description it says “It is on the top (4th) floor with no lift”. I am surprised that you then didn’t realize that this would mean that it would have lots of steps. I am disappointed that you gave the impression (in capital letters) that we left out information. Also many of the other past guests mention in their reviews that the area is lively and that there are many steps. They still give us 5 star reviews and in a joking way they often say the stairs help them deserve the cakes that they ate in the many excellent bakeries in the street. I would recommend that people read as many reviews as possible before booking any holiday rental.
At the time of writing, we have had 70 four or five star reviews and TWO lower reviews – including yours. It’s a shame that the area wasn’t to your taste but it a bit unfair to mark us down for that.

Soho W1 (West End) is in Zone One, right in the centre of London. Walkable to all important central tourist attractions including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Royal Opera House, Oxford Street as well as the more intimate coffee houses and bars of historical Soho, including Old Compton Street. Nearest underground/tube/metro stations are Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Square (all walkable within 5 minutes) Other Activities: Sightseeing, shopping, business trips

The cleaning and greeting fee is £50 from 9am to 8pm (£70 outside these times, if available) So if you arrive between 8pm and 10pm and you have used auto booking you will need to pay an extra £20 in cash to the greeter. Strictly no arrival after 10pm.
