This is a wonderful one bedroom, one bathroom, plus den condo at Playa Del Sol Resort. The master room features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and convenient access to the washroom. The den is equip with a trundle bed and the living area has a queen size pull-out sofa. It is fully furnished and includes everything you would need to feel at home. Located on the ground floor provides quick access to the walking path next to the creek if you bring your small four legged companions. This unit has been recently renovated with fresh paint throughout and laminate flooring in the bedrooms.
Playa Del Sol features a roof top pool and hot tub, fitness facility with sauna, Basil & Mint Restaurant and Bar, Esther & Sons Coffee House, and Ryders Spin Barre. The 3rd floor courtyards feature two shared BBQ’s and a fire pit providing additional options for your entertaining. Across the street from Okanagan Lake, this rental is steps away from the beach.

After serving in the army for 3 years and then spending winters working in the oil fields of Alberta I invested all earnings into this little business. Kelsey McLoughlin is my right hand lady, property manager and wife, she helps manage the properties. As soon as I walked into my first condo at Playa Del Sol I knew that I had to have it. They say you aren't supposed to make emotional decisions when buying real estate, but I fell in love with this property. It captures the unique and brilliant vibe that Kelowna offers with its sunshine and picturesque lake views.
We now have 7 years of experience managing properties at Playa Del Sol and we are confident that we can provide excellent customer service. We focus on the extra touches ensuring that the kitchen has all the utensils a family would need and that there is a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate to greet you upon your arrival. There is always enough toilet paper and dish soap and if anything goes wrong you can call us at any time.
Great location and holiday vacation home! Easy access to the beach and amenities! Very busy pool area at the condo, with lots of families! Furniture in condo would be rated slightly uncomfortable but great home owner that has all the necessities provided to make your stay pleasant!
This unit met all of our needs. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout couldn't have been better. The deck overlooks a creek; we spent lots of time out there drinking wine and eating fresh BC Cherries. We also utilized the pool on the 3rd floor frequently. We were there over Canada Day so it was quite busy at Playa del Sol. There were some younger people drinking beer in the pool(not allowed) and within 10 minutes security took care of it. The complex is well taken care of and very clean.
The underground parking stall is conveniently located close to the unit; which makes it easier for unloading groceries, luggage etc. The kitchen in the unit is stocked with everything you need, we never ran out of dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone.
This unit was exceptionally clean and the check in went off without a hitch. We enjoyed the immaculate condition of the condo and it was obvious that it has been maintained better than some of the other units in the building.
Great place to stay at the back of the complex. Very clean and semi stocked. Nice bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival.
Ben and Diane run a great place. Lots of towels soap etc. Creek side unit very good for dogs. Its a bit of a walk to the back but the parking is close to unit. Third floor pool and Hot tub are great.
Eldorado Hotel and Manteo Hotel both across the street and both have excellent dinners and water view decks. Short walks to trails and beaches.

We usually stay at The Grand so this was our first stay at Playa Del Sol and we were very happy with it. The condo with it's walk out patio was perfect for our 2 little grand daughters and the 2 minute walk to Rotary Beach or 3 minute drive to Gyro Beach were both ideal. Condo is very clean and stocked better than most - even included laundry soap so we didn't have to make a special shopping trip for basic amenities. Excellent unit and we have already recommended it to other family members who make an annual summer trip to Kelowna.
