This well presented apartment is laid out over 2 levels. The spacious lounge/dining area leads to a spacious terrace overlooking the manicured tropical gardens, the course of the Atalaya golf & country club and the sea beyond. The attractive kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. There are 2 bedrooms at this level as well as 2 appointed bathrooms. One of the bedrooms leads to a spacious balcony again overlooking the golf course. The other bedroom looks out towards the Concha Mountain range. Upstairs the main bedroom leads directly onto the fantastic roof terrace with views over the golf course to the sea and Gibraltar. One can also see the lights of Morocco on a clear night! There is a full bathroom on this level with large windows overlooking the Concha Mountains as well as a separate walk in wardrobe area. The terrace has plenty of sun-beds/patio furniture as well as a luxurious jacuzzi. Supermarket 3 min walk. Air con. Parking. 2 beautiful pools. Highly recommended.

I had no problem adding this lovely property onto my portfolio 4 years ago. The penthouse is very well placed in a well managed resort with views over the golf course to the sea. The apartment is very spacious and is presented over 2 levels. Décor is modern and attractive. Spacious bedrooms all with own bathrooms.
Excellent pools - there are 2 at different parts of the resort and both with different views. Parking. Secure residence with security. Golf course close by. Laguna beach a 10 minute drive. Mercadona supermarket very close to entrance gate - there is also a taxi rank here. Benahavis is just a couple of minutes towards the mountains and you will find some excellent restaurants here.
We liked very much the week in benahavis, the apartment was very good and everything was alright. We hope to repeat it.
This was a first class location for all our family, including my elderly mum. The apartment is luxuriously furnished. The sea view is fantastic where we enjoyed lots of cosy breakfasts. The top floor spacious terrace has a terrific jacuzzi and BBQ. The well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Everyone loved this holiday and we will be recommending this beautiful apartment to our friends in Luxumbourg. Thanks to everyone concerned for the very nice and courteous care.
This is a great apartment with everything you would need. Fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen and lovely furniture. Having three bathrooms ie two en,suite was perfect for three adult couples. Great BBQ and hot tub was a massive plus for entertaining. Two under ground parking spaces was also a plus as we had a mini bus so it was easier to park.
Our only negatives for this apartment was we could not get English channels on the TV and the upper and lower seating areas had no cover from the sun during the midday heat at this time of year. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely return in the future. Many thanks to the owner. The Chadwick's.
This apartment is beautifully decorated, furnished and laid out. Because of its orientation within the lovely Lomas del Marque urbanisation the roof terrace gets the sun from morning through to sunset while the lower terrace has the sun from mid morning to sunset….. ideal for alfresco lunches, dinners and even late evening Jacuzzi’s.
There is a very large modern Mercodona supermarket just minutes away which has everything we needed in abundance. Very good local restaurants plus being close to the little village of Benahavis makes this area a bit of a foodie’s paradise.
There are numerous excellent golf courses in the vicinity and a trip to the beach is five minutes by car. Although the local taxi service is very good we would say a rental car is essential.
If you are looking for the bright lights, night clubs and late night bars etc. this apartment may not be for you although Puerto Banus is only ten minutes away. However if, like us, you want to relax with you family and friends in a little bit of Andalusian luxury it would be very hard to beat this penthouse apartment.
I can't recommend this apartment enough. The apartment is very well appointed, stand out features would be the hot tub, the outside inside bathtub and the ample balcony areas.
There are also 2 lovely swimming pools with covered areas for outside dining if you so choose. A gym with some cardio equipment and a multigym is also available to use within the complex.
Can't fault the kitchen or living room facilities and there's a Mercadona within walking distance. However there are numerous restaurants nearby, in a variety of price categories and all are very very good - especially the nearby Argentine Grill and La Torre de Benahavis.
In summary this is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. For sure we'll be back.

we found this apartment to be superb, beatifully furnished with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was
excellent with everything you need to cook lovely food, which we bought at local markets, very near to lots restaurants and shops. Breathtaking views while relaxing in the hot tub......amazing! It also has stunning views of the golf course. Would really recommend this super apartment especially the HOT TUB.
The local town of San Pedro hosts one of the best markets on the coast every Thursday morning. This is a bustling little town full of shops, cafés and restaurants. The gorgeous quaint little mountain village of Benahavis attracts many with its cobbled streets, little shops, and many superb restaurants. The infamous town of Casares is well worth the short drive where there are lots of tiny shops and restaurants as well as an abundance of art galleries. A short drive into Marbella for some shopping and maybe an evening meal in one of the many restaurants in the Old Town. The yachts of Puerto Banus should not be missed just to see how the other half live! The huge department store of El Cortes Anglais is located at Puerto Banus too. How about planning a visit to one of the mountain cities(Seville, Rhonda or Granada) or maybe a trip to fantastic Cadiz located near to the vast nature reserve which stretches into Portugal. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport.
