This beautiful condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. It is fully furnished and comes with everything you might need from a can opener to a BBQ. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the den with a bunk bed offers the kids their own little getaway. There is also a pull-out single size sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate guests. Located on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the quiet creek you are ensured a restful retreat. This unit has been recently renovated with fresh paint throughout and laminate flooring in the bedrooms.

Playa Del Sol features a roof top pool and hot tub, fitness facility with sauna, Basil & Mint Restaurant and Bar, Esther & Sons Coffee House, and Ryders Spin Barre. The 3rd floor courtyards feature two shared BBQ’s and a fire pit providing additional options for your entertaining. Across the street from Okanagan Lake, this rental is steps away from the beach.

My name is Ben McLoughlin I am a young Entrepreneur who now owns 3 properties at Playa Del Sol. After serving in the army for 3 years and then spending winters working in the oil fields of Alberta I invested all earnings into this little business. Kelsey McLoughlin is my right hand lady, property manager and wife, she helps manage the properties. Together we make a wonderful team and do our darndest to ensure you have an amazing visit to Kelowna.

We focus on the extra touches ensuring that the kitchen has all the utensils a family would need and that there is a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate to greet you upon your arrival. What a find!

Great location, lovely condo with all the right amenities, restaurants close by including groceries. Easy access to fitness room within the building. Only complaint, for those of us concerned with the environment, is re-cycling is difficult to locate!!!

Would we stay again, definitely! Would we recommend to others, definitely!

Very nice stay for a family

Our family of three stayed here for 5 days. It was plenty large for a family our size, in fact we were able to entertain our friends who were also staying at this location. The balcony faces the pathway which makes it nicely shaded and quiet. You are close to the beach and a number of restaurants or other amenities. We would definitely stay in one of Ben's units again.
