Spacious apartment of 70 m2 (800+ sq feet) located on Paris left bank in district Saint Lambert, with its typical Parisian attractions, such as cafes-terraces, restaurants, open air markets, in a residential Parisian neighborhood at easy walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Beaugrenelle shopping center.
The apartment has a large living room with a balcony, a dining space with a round table that can accomodate up to 6 guests. There are two comfortable and quiet bedrooms, the main bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a double bed.
Great location for public transportation, with Vaugirard metro station only 5 minutes away and three bus lines literally right in front leading to Denfert-Rochereau train station, Beaugrenelle Center, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Champs-Elysees, Saint-Germain des Prés, Hôtel de Ville, Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Plantes.
This apartment is well situated to take advantage of both worlds, the Parisian life with all its commodities and a quieter life of a village where you can easily feel like a Parisian.
We spent two months in France including a month in this flat in Paris. We have been traveling for several months a year all over Europe and this was one of the best overall experiences we have had. The flat is beautiful and we loved the location in the 15th Arr. Two metro lines are within easy walking distance and four buses are at your front door. There are many excellent restaurants as well as great shopping nearby. Three local markets are within walking distance, one just a few blocks away. The owners are friendly, nice people who really want you to enjoy Paris and are more than willing to make your stay enjoyable. We loved it and we will be back - hopefully next year.
My husband and I spent June and July in this well-appointed apartment. We had started our Paris research on VRBO back in 2013, so were pleased that the landlords, Marilyn and Robert, were so patient and friendly when we emailed them with questions. When we arrived, it felt like we'd known them forever: they were extremely accommodating, personable and kind, and we now consider them dear friends for life.
The apartment itself was as described in the above reviews: immaculate, large for Paris apartments, in a perfect arrondissement. Everything we needed was right at hand, and we reveled in our daily trips to the shops to buy our baguette, cheese, etc. We felt like real "locals" after our stay there, and it was, indeed, difficult to leave.
We wouldn't consider renting any other apartment when we come back to Paris. Thank you, Marilyn and Robert!

This is a wonderful apartment-- well maintained, spacious, and very nicely furnished.it is in the 15th-- which is a great neighborhood to explore if you want to get a sense of every day life in Paris. The apartment is on a quiet street, and the building itself is quiet. We slept with the windows open and had no problems at all with noise.
The apartment is well situated for in-city travel, as it is right on several bus lines and very close to two metro stations.
The owners are extraordinarily nice, and good to work with.
We were truly impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, the nice furniture and decor.
Marilyn met us at the bus stop-- it is an easy ride by bus to Gare Montparnasse for the train or to Denfert Rochereau for the RER.
We plan to return-- this is a great place, great landlords.
My friend and I rented this apartment for a week. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the living room was big, the kitchen was beautifully equipped and the bathroom was modern and even had great water pressure. We loved the neighborhood and found three metro stops nearby. Marilyn met us upon our arrival and was so nice and accommodating! She showed us how to work everything in the apartment and helped us tour the neighborhood, showing us her favorite shops and pointing out things of interest. I would rent here Again in minute, and, in fact, am already contemplating my next trip! It truly had the best of everything and I would recommend this location to anyone!
We stayed 4 nights and wish we could stay longer. The owners are absolutely the nicest, warmest, most helpful, incredible property owners. I have stayed at many vrbo properties and this is by far the best. The apartment was large and easily accommodated two teenage boys a 25 year old daughter and me. The water closet is separate from the shower which is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. There is a beautiful little balcony but we did not get to enjoy it because it was cold during our visit. There are two very large windows in the living room which let's in lots of natural light. The decor is beautiful ... I need to ask Marilyn (the property owner) if she painted many of the paintings.
The location was perfect. Short 2 to 3 blocks to the metro. Bus stops right in front of the apartment building. Quiet street. Secure building (key fobs get you into the building and then the key gets you in the apartment). Grocery stores are very very close. Several restaurants nearby. Pharmacy a block away.
Free land line calls to the U.S. was very nice.
I can only say positive things about the apartment. We would love to stay here again.
Did I mention how wonderful the property owners are? They are terrific!
Location is close to bus and metro. Eiffel Tower and arc are an easy walk away. Close to crepe stands, groceries and good restaurants. Landlord aas excellent and provided tea, coffee and a kitchen with all the essentials. Washing machine with drying machine was very very helpful. Wifi was really excellent. Free long distance calling too. Apartment has an elevator.
