This is a beautifully renovated, historic home near downtown. Located in a quiet, residential area next to a beautiful 'greenspace' and within easy walking distance to beach, parks, shopping, restaurants, bike/hike trails, Coeur d Alene Resort and much more.
All rooms are located on the first floor: full bath and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds-sleeping couch in living room for accomodations of up to 6 persons.
You will appreciate the attention to detail with period style and eclectic furnishings! Cozy up to the gas fireplace and watch a good movie on the big screen (Netflix supplied) or listen to our extensive music collection. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your stay-gas range, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, breakfast nook, and also complete laundry facilities. Rear patio and yard are very private with gas bar-b-que and camp fire ring. We take great pride in our grounds and you will find many interesting antiques and collectables. Owner lives on site to assist with your stay and there is a secure garage to park your bicycles, canoes, kayaks, motorcycles, etc. Off street parking for cars.

I have lived in Idaho since 1972 so that makes me an 'old timer'! I make my livelihood doing marine construction on the beautiful lakes and rivers surrounding our area so I have plenty of local expertise to share, places to go, things to see & do. I love the CDA and Northern Idaho area and I enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others.
Inspirations-I love collecting - mostly antiques and music!! I love to work on my house and I love to have visitors!

Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy events such as IRON MAN, Car d Alene, July 4th activities including the Fourth of July Fireworks, Art on the Green, Festival of Lights at Christmas and relaxing in front of the fireplace with your favorite beverage and music.
NO hassles with parking here because you can walk almost anywhere the action is.
Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach are a 30 minute drive as well as downtown Spokane.
Beautiful property, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Dennis lives upstairs and is very helpful to and respectful of renters. We wanted to stay! Will definitely stay there again.
The Partner House is an absolute welcoming place, where we felt at home as soon as we stepped in! The pictures suggested a warm and well maintained house and it did not disappoint at all! We stayed with 4 people for the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well stocked - we cooked a turkey and baked pies! There is space to spread before the gas fired stove, at a large dining table for meals, games or working on assignments; the kitchen nook was great too! a home away from home - as the ad goes, the Partner House was our beloved home for the week! Thank you Dennis.
We stayed at The Partner House for the week of Ironman and couldn't be more pleased with the rental! Both interior and exterior of the property were absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail inside the house was so impressive, to say the least. Dennis provided detailed information about the propery and several brochures and magazines to help educate us on this amazing town. Equipped with everything you need to cook, grill, relax, and enjoy. The garden outside was out of this world - I felt like it was our own little oasis to explore on the occasions we were not exploring town. We are vacation propery owners and also frequent many VRBO rentals and this one was a gem!
2nd time back to Partner House and we loved it! House is immaculate, lots of room, peaceful, clean & yard is beautiful. Picnic table, barbeque and fire pit are wonderful. So close to everything - shopping, beach and so many great restaurants.
Love the washer and dryer - so convenient. Dennis is an exceptional host and goes out of his way to make your stay pleasant! Can't say enough about this place - stay here - you will love it!
The house was perfect! Super clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful garden and yard that we loved spending time in and the location couldn't get any better! This will now be our go to house when we visit Cd'A.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Partner House and would highly recommend it to others. The house was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed (and more!). In particular, we were really impressed with the care and effort Dennis has taken to make it seem like "home" - we have never stayed anywhere that had so many personal touches such as an extensive selection of books to read, music library and even things for the kids. Dennis was professional, quick to respond to questions and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Dennis- we hope to be back!!
We are close to Schweitzer Mtn and Silver Mtn ski & play areas, Silverwood Theme Park, shopping and restaurants to write home about! Walking distance to Lake CDA and 40 minutes to State Parks on Lake Pend O'reille.
Don't miss the Downtown area (walking distance) for the seasonal lighting display, boat rides to the North Pole, fantastic food and shops.
