This home has air conditioning, flat screen HDTV, DVR, VCR, DSL, Dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. gas BBQ, sandy beach, local phone, private boat dock and hot tub.

Bass Lake is a warm water lake, with water temperatures of 72 to 80 degress during July and August, making it a perfect lake for water sports. There are many activites to enjoy not only at the lake but close by. There are many hiking trails, museums, Yosemite Mtn Sugar Pine Railroad, and of course, Yosemite is a 20 to 25 minute drive to the souhern entrance, where you will find the Mariposa Grove of giant Sequoias

It is always fun to take an evening boat ride to Miller's Landing for one of their famous burgers and milkshakes.

Don't forget Bass lake as a winter vacation, take a trip to Yosemite and go to Badger Pass to ski or Curry Village to go ice skating. Scenery is beautiful and always something fun to do or curl up by the fire with a good book.

CANCELLATION: Notices of cancellation must be received 90 days or more prior to arrival date and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, the full rent and tax will be FORFEITED, and your security deposit less $25.00 cancellation fee and cleaning fee will be refunded. If we can rebook the home, all monies with the exception of the $25.00 cancellation fee and the processing fee of $50.00 will be refunded.

Security deposit and booking fee are due at time of booking. Balance is due 91 days prior to arrival. As of March 1st payment in full is due at time of booking the reservation. Payment can be paid by credit card, Visa or MasterCard or by personal check. Checks are accepted up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
