Thanks for your review. I hope you had a nice vacation in Rome.
If you have been good in my apartment please advise your friends.
We had a wonderful time in our rental and Eva was so friendly and helpful.
Thank you Eva
Nina's House is a nice place and conveniently located. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and has a washer, an iron, and a kitchen.
Overall it was a good value for the money.
The apartment is in a good location - quiet and within walking distance of most of what you want to see in Rome. Spacious living area, tiny bathroom and ultra tiny shower though with good pressure. Unbelievably uncomfortable bed and non working washing machine are deal breakers
What a lovely, cozy apartment, with lots of light! Only one short flight of stairs to the apartment, so not bad at all with luggage. Apartment was very clean, with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, plus a washing machine (but no fold-out racks for drying). My travel partner was very comfortable in the bedroom, and I slept well on the pull-out couch in the living room area (which Roberto's partner made up for me immediately upon being requested). We enjoyed relaxing around the comfortable kitchen table with its very homey feel in our off time. The bathroom was very clean, smelled fresh, and had adequate space, but the toilet leaked a bit and the shower curtain was not big enough nor thick enough to keep water from spraying the floor most of the time.
The location was very good for people who don't mind walking a bit and do not want to be in the very center of the city. Close to the main part of Trastevere with all its restaurants, and also to the Vatican. More of a walk to cross the river and get to the sites on the other side, but we never minded as we are both good walkers. Might be more of an issue in very hot weather. There is a bus stop very near the apartment which we found convenient the one time we used it.
Roberto and his associate were excellent to work with--very honest, kind and responsive!
