This is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath terrace level unit overlooking The Kapalua Bay Golf Course. With views of Kapalua Bay and the island of Molokai. This unit features a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware you would be so inclined to eat in. It is upgraded with granite counter tops, new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. If you prefer to dine out, a short five to ten minute drive will take you to all the fine dining you could ever imagine. There are even a few within walking distance. It also sleeps four adults comfortably with the pullout sofa. There is a Flat screen TV in the living room for entertainment. There are three pools throughout the Golf Villas, one of which is one building over, 500 feet from your door. After swimming, or tanning, at the pool, the unit has two bathrooms (one shower, one shower/bathtub) and a washer/dryer for you to get ready for a night in Lahaina. This condo is hard to beat in Golf Villas!
The Kapalua Golf Villas are situated on sixteen acres alongside Pineapple Hill, and paralleling the Bay Golf Course featuring panoramic ocean views and spectacular West Maui sunsets. Located on the property are four pools/recreation areas, barbecues and a reception center.
Resort facilities available to you include two championship golf courses, three world class beaches (Kapalua Beach rated # 1 in the world by Conde-nest), two tennis gardens, zip line and a variety of shops. Treat yourself: The new 30000 square foot Kapalua Spa fronts the entrance to Kapalua Villas. To the north and nearby the incomparable Ritz-Carlton hotel offers an additional spa, dining and entertainment. And just to the south lies the recently renovated world famous ocean front Merriaman's Bay Club Restaurant. The resort is within minutes of most of West Maui’s sightseeing as well as the old whaling village of Lahaina.

This unit has a lot of repeat guests. There is also a Kapalua Resort shuttle that takes you anywhere throughout Kapalua: Great restaurants, Walking/hiking trails, 3 Beautiful nearby beaches…and more!
Our office is down the way in Kahana, where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities, restaurant reservations, golf t-times, etc. We manage multiple units in Kapalua, so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
The condo we rented, 19T4, was wonderful. We usually stay in the Bay Villas, but this condo was perfect. This wasn't our first time to the island, yet it was as enjoyable as the first time. Really, really loved this particular condo's amenities. As mentioned above,the condo's amenities were exactly what we needed, and more. The location is great and the view, priceless. The only inconvenience were noisy neighbors, but what can you do about that? As it's the villas, we expect to pay a bit more, but the accommodations are worth the price if you want comfort, amenities and a great location.
This Kapalua property lived up to our expectations. The unit was equipt with everything we needed. I would certainly return to this unit and I would recommend it to others looking for a fantastic experience in Maui. All the best and thanks for a fantastic vacation.
