Sands of Kahana condominiums are known for being the largest condos on Maui. This unit, in particular, stands out by offering 2 separate lanais for guests to enjoy. Located right on the beach, its sunset views are unbeatable. This is one of the few privately owned units (many are timeshare) with upgraded furniture and central A/C. Being a corner unit it is much quieter than middle units.
Our office is right across the street from the Sands of Kahana where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities/restaurant reservations/golf t-times etc. We manage multiple units at the Sands of Kahana so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
We love Maui for a great family vacation. The weather was mostly fantastic, and the couple of rainy days gave us time to shop. The beaches are outstanding, the pace of life here is relaxing and there is something for everyone to do. This property had a great view and was well managed. The beach out front was good for paddle boarding. The pool/hot tub were lots of fun. The restaurant/bar was good and well priced. We saw so many whales from our balcony. Parking was easy always had spots available. Check in was smooth and friendly. Great communication and reservation experience. This unit was spacious and well located. Clearly, it needs a bit of an update, but that did not detract from our visit at all. The bathroom sliding doors did not work, the kitchen needed a bit more stuff (like more non-glass cups, larger coffee mugs, bigger blender, baking sheets, better frying pan), furniture was outdated. On the plus side, nice TVs and internet. We were happy with the unit and price.
