Came to this property with friends, (2 couples in our mid fifties to early 60s). This home was immaculate and the owner couldn't have been a better ambassador for the island. She met us at the property and made sure we knew about all the properties wonderful features. The home has a deck with a nice big grill, which we used for dinner, as eating out can be expensive. The washer and dryer are a nice touch as were the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler that the owner provided and we used at the beach every day. We spent everyday checking out a different beach or two and found that 2 of our favorites are within 5 minutes of the house, Ten Bay and Pau Pau, both wonderful places to catch a sunset and see starfish, conch, sand dollars, small jelly fish and other "cool stuff" as the tide goes out! There is a "farmers market" a 1/4 mile from the house and you can get the most wonderful greens, vegetables, dressing, cheese, and on Tuesday and Friday, fresh baked breads and cinnamon rolls. Get there early, as the bread goes fast! It was so nice to come "home" each night after a day of exploring and have a clean shower, nice towels and sheets, a comfortable bed and even air conditioning if you needed it. The owner was such a great resource if we had any questions about places to visit, or how to get somewhere we had heard about, she hooked us up with a car rental even before we got to the island. She takes great pride in her property and the island and with good reason. What a great place to visit! What a gem of an owner!
