Situated on 7 miles of powdery white sand beach. It is only a few small steps to beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille, a suburb of St Pete Beach! -

Completely bright, airy, clean and updated home that includes new furniture and views of the beach. It sits on the 2nd floor and has brand new, Kitchen and Bath, with new tiled floors and new carpet in living and bedroom, inviting paint and trim with modern furnishings with coastal-chic style charm.
Palm trees abound on this property with your own patio area, grill and outside shower for your use! There is a hammock to enjoy under the shade of a palm and tons of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!
Patio porch is equipped with a BBQ & sitting area.
Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meets, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack.
This house also sleeps 4 people better than most because the bathroom is via the living room and not through the bedroom. I try my best to make the vacation great for you so your stay means a lot to me I want to make it as perfect as it can be!
Please call me if you have questions. Brand new and very comfortable sleeper Queen/King (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch and new Queen size bed in bedroom. One nice additional point about this house is that the bath is off of the living-room so one wouldn't have to awaken the person sleeping in the bedroom to use the bathroom.. nice for a small family or a girls trip .
((**Please only request days that are available in the Calendar of this house. Also, I do have a 5 night minimum for dates greater than 30 days away. Three weeks from current date, I do discount open days. It is a quiet area meant for relaxing and not meant for parties or gatherings so I typically will not allow weddings etc unless the whole property is booked**)).

Local museums include the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, Salvador Dali Museum, the Florida International Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, the Florida Holocaust Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of History and Great Explorations Hands On Museum.
Many local galleries and performing arts centers. Admire the works at the Florida Craftsmen Gallery or the Arts Center. Catch a performance by the Florida Orchestra, a Broadway play or contemporary performances at the Mahaffey Theater for Performing Arts. Greetings! I am work and teach at a local college and have years of experience working in Industrial Psychology and HR in NYC and CT. I grew up in PAG (pass a grille) and love it so much that I had to move back to FL. I take pride in decorating and trying to make the house perfect for you. I have hand selected all the items in the house and hope you enjoy the tasteful decorating and smooth layout!

What makes this House unique
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a -Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

You cannot beat the location!
We enjoyed our stay in the North Star! We stayed with our 3 year old daughter and two dogs. The top floor was great for the dogs, as there weren’t any distractions! The proximity to the beach was amazing. We walked directly to 12th Ave beach access. This is a very family friendly area. Access to bicycles was a great amenity! We had fun riding around Pass A Grille, without ever moving our car. Publix Supermarket is only 2 miles away for groceries. We enjoyed grilling each night with the gas grill. The outdoor area was barely used by the other tenants. This was one of our favorite amenities! The North Star was fully stocked. We’re already talking about going back!
Nice place for reasonable price.
We stayed in the 2nd floor of the small house which wasn't a problem for us, but some people may not like climbing the stairs. It was as pictured, clean & stocked with basic items. It was nice to have bicycles & beach chairs provided. It was very nice to have a kitchen & we saved money by eating out only about once a day. It was also nice to have a washer & dryer available on the property. Lisa was great to work with & responsible quickly to a question we had. The only negative is the bedroom is really small with the queen bed pushed up against a wall. I either had to climb over my husband or climb out the foot of the bed to get up at night. Also there was no view, but I think that is the case with a lot of properties there. However the price was very reasonable compared to other places in the area so I can't really complain. I would definitely stay there again.
What a great spot
Pass-a-grille was utterly charming. We kayaked, had cocktails at the Don CeSar, and ate all over! You can walk or bike ride (Lisa keeps well maintained bikes!) everywhere and each interaction I had with servers, locals and other vacationers was a joy! The apartment is exactly as described and couldn’t be in a better location. Lisa responds immediately to texts and all of the little extras she promises- she delivers!

Location is Key
Our location was perfect for us, we could walk down the street to the beach, restaurants, and we are morning walkers, Pass A Grille is perfect for the walker or just to ride a bike.
I include two Beach cruiser bikes, and two beach chairs with this rental!

Discounts - built into the rates after a booking of 6 nights- - I have already entered the discounted price for any openings 2 weeks from now Major Holidays are a day off for me & my cleaners so please no arrivals or departures on a holiday. Refund Policy: If notified 6 weeks prior to arrival then full refund less $100 in administrative fees If notified after the 6 weeks prior to arrival period then refund on any time rented less $100 in administrative fees once the new tenant stay has been completed. During hurricane season it is encouraged that guests purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance. Any guests choosing not to purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance may only cancel 6 weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date and receive a refund of the advanced payment, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not give refunds for Man-Made, unsupported emergencies (anything where the Pass a Grille beach is not under a mandatory evacuation zone) and/or for Technological disasters. No refunds will be made due to Hurricanes or Tropical Storms, even in the event of mandatory evacuations. Refunds for Hurricanes or Tropical Storm evacuations are only given through CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
