Perfect little gem in LoHI!

What a great place to stay. Our parents are in an assisted living facility right down the street so the location was perfect. Also all the places you can walk to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The place is equipped with all the things you need to have a wonderful stay,. The washer and dryer are a plus! We just loved the charm and personality of the place and the area. After staying in hotels every time we visited, this little place will be the one we will book.

Gem of a space in a great neighborhood

This half of a duplex is furnished comfortably and attractively. The unit is also wheelchair accessible (manual chair---could be challenging for a motorized chair due to its width) though the platform bed posed a small challenge.

The kitchen comes with all the utensils and cookware needed, though the coffee maker could use an upgrade---the basket would not drain as it constantly clogged with grounds. But I am admittedly nitpicking. Go to the Wooden Spoon around the corner for coffee and pastries, and come back and enjoy the small porch off the front bedroom.

The main living and dining space is open, comfortable, and modern. There is a wide screen TV with premium channels for those times when you need a respite from exploring the area.

The washer and dryer are a great convenience (do not fill the washer about medium though) when you are packing light and need to reuse clothes or towels.

This unit comes with a nice parking spot, too. Once you arrive, you will find places to eat around the corner, and the neighborhood is well worth exploring for the cool renovated houses, great gardens (it was late spring/early summer when we were there), and generally accessible sidewalks (though there are some bumps and uneven sections). Another huge plus is that you are able to reach other parts of Denver easily from this spot. The interstate is convenient to the duplex, but the greatest part was being able to access so many places from the streets here.

One last suggestion would be to have a couple of floor fans available for warm nights and ambient noise. (I actually pack one on car trips so this is just a personal preference.)

I hope we can return and spend a bit more time. This great space was welcoming and comfortable.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Great location.

My daughter and I had a wonderful extended Mother's Day weekend. The house was nicer than the pictures, and had everything we needed, plus. Great location...within walking distance to yoga, parks, and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Unit was just as described...very neat and clean! It was great to walk a lot of places plus convenient access to Hwy 25 too! Would stay here again. Really nice to have a place to relax and call home!
