Fly screens are now fitted to all rooms allowing for cool air to come in with out the bugs and flies.The apartment has an open plan lounge/diner with 40" Television DVD and CD stereo, Wifi is now fitted with unlimited time and an SKY TV package so you don't miss out on the soaps. The apartment is also open plan to the sleek fully fitted kitchen. Fresh cold water machine. Patio doors lead out on to the balcony overlooking the pool and sea views with patio furniture for alfresco dining with bbq. Double bedroom has sliding patio doors with fly screens leading to smaller balcony with table and chairs. Roof top area of Famagusta. The complex has a lovely communal pool with children pool (unheated) outdoor showers.Fully equipped Gymnasium and tennis courts for those wanting to keep fit. ground level car parking space. Access to property via stairs/lift.
The apartment is decorated every two years with touch ups as and when required in between to keep it looking tidy, the air con units are serviced and cleaned annually to ensure they are working in good order.
Car Hire: Also on offer as an added incentive, half priced car rental with this property, Honda Jazz automatic pictured, driving licence would be required for insurance purposes. A car is very useful for getting out and about with so many interesting areas to see, including, Penera which has a nice selection of bars and restaurants, Protaras with the beautiful fig tree bay beach and the more lively resort of Ayia Napa only 15 minutes away.You can now access Northern Cyprus and see for yourselves the ghost town of Famagusta.
We are also offering a pick up and drop off services for arrivals and departures to local airports at a reasonable fee. Please enquire for further details. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport to the premises.
The apt is also ideally situated to accomodate hikers and walkers being in an ideal location.

Owners details: We will call as soon as possible after your arrival to explain appliances and give any local information requested. As English owners of the property live only 5 minutes drive away and are able to help with any problems,queries or questions that may arise during your stay.. For stays of 2 weeks a towel and linen change will be made available for you to change your linen if you require a mid let clean this is paid locally. If you wish to play tennis there are rackets in the apartment for your use. Beach Towels provided . First Aid Kit in kitchen cupboard above the fridge. Fire blanket and extinguisher on the wall in the kitchen.

The Local Area: You will find the local population here particularly friendly and welcoming. The area benefits from a very low crime rate locals still do not lock their cars! Hygiene and restaurant standards are extremely high, most food is grown locally and is extremely fresh. There are several tavernas in Kapparis that are 15/20 mins walk Major sports events including football are shown in the local bars on giant TV screens.

Super clean property with stunning rooftop views.
After arriving at the accommodation we were shown around it by Rick and Sue who kindly picked us up from the airport.
The apartment is quite large being 2 bedrooms and has a nice fully fitted kitchen and a bath as well as a shower over it.
The first thing we noticed was how clean the apartment was, you could tell it was looked after, well maintained and furnished to a high standard.
December was probably not the best time to go and after a week we decided to take up the offer of a hire car from the owners as the location is somewhat outside a reasonable level walking distance to the shops,bars and restaurants at Kapparis and Paralimni.
Mike and Sue also provided free of charge a lovely starter pack of milk, bread, beer and wine for our arrival.
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment with great views from the roof terrace and would recommend booking without hesitation.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks at the beginning of September, Sue was brillant to deal with through out she met us at the flat for an introduction. The facilities offered were second to none the welcome pack etc was the best we have experienced, the flat was clean the air con worked well and the flat offered everything you required for a comfortable stay and the covered parking was a lovely benefit. We would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday accommodation and we would return.

This apartment is spotless has everything you could possibly need and more. Sue and Rick couldn't do enough for you and they are just a phone call away should you need anything.
The apartment is set in a very good location near the local supermarket and bakery. It's also very peaceful to. We hired their car and found this very easy and useful to get about so I would highly recommend this facility.
Overall I can't say enough about it, and can't wait to go back:-)

A real home from home, would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment has all the amenities you need and Sue and Rick are not to far away if you need anything.
March 2016 was our second stay here and we have booked a for third visit in later on this year.

After many trips to Cyprus with different accommodation each time I finally found this great apartment. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equiped with everything you need. Sue even made sure that there was a highchair and a babycot for my youngest daughter when we arrived. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and meant that we didn't need to get to the supermarket the first day. We hired the car which was very handy as you can get around easily. This apartment is already booked for our next trip and we are looking forward to come back. Thank you Sue and Rick for your hospitality! /Åsa xx
WOW WOW WOW, exactly what it said on the tin. Everything you need plus the added bonus of a welcome pack when you arrive. The apartment was spotless couldn’t fault it at all with every amenity provided, from the basics to hair straighteners to WiFi . Another added bonus is the use of two pools, and a gym. Any queries we had were answered within very short timescale with Sue and Rick being very close by. We have already recommended this apartment to several of our friends.

Located within the Kapparis area of Paralimni, only 2/3km from the town centre – more importantly only 20 mins walk or 3 mins by car from the nearest beach. The apt is perfectly positioned, set slightly back from the main road whilst still within easy walking distance of the excellent amenities in Kapparis, including supermarkets, friendly bars, excellent taverns & restaurants, bakery etc which stay open all year long – not to mention the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea! Orphanides supermarket 2 minutes drive. Picturesque Paralimni town centre is a well-stocked, busy square full of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants amongst other amenities. The main focus of this region is a number of beautiful sandy beaches and bays, with crystal clear waters safe for bathing. The largest beach resort of Protaras is 10 min drive by bus or car and boasts many bars restaurants crazy golf etc. Ideal place to explore the local area including Northern Cyprus.
Other Activities: boat trips, golf 30 mins drive.
Ski: During the winter months, the Troodos Mountains do offer skiing which is very popular, but is a good 2 hours drive from the apartment.
