This very large and spacious villa has front and rear gardens which captures the sun all day. This villa is all on one level and situated in the quiet residential area of Los Balconies. It is ideal for large families including children.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Lounge/Diner with sofa bed, Fitted Kitchen, Conservatory. Sleeps 6.

Private pool and sun terrace, outdoor undercover area, ideal for al fresco dining with gas BBQ and dining table.lovley pergola near pool area. Location: Alicante Airport is a 45 min drive to the north and Murcia Airport is a 25 min drive to the south. We can arrange car hire or Airport transfers for you.

There are many sandy beaches and coves within a 5-10 min drive away. Torrevieja is only a 10 min drive by car. There is also a local bus service available.

The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style, then Torrevieja is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to it's two large natural Salt Lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through Orange and Lemon groves and picturesque mountains.

Local Amenities and Attractions: There is a good choice of Restaurants and Bars within walking distance and a large supermarket nearby. There is also a weekly street market where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes and gifts. Torrevieja is a great place for shopping, taking a walk along the promenade or just sitting in one of the many outside cafes sampling the local tapas and watching the world go by.

For the Golf fanatics, Torrevieja boasts some of the finest courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Polaris World all of which are a short drive away.

There is air condition in the Villa at an extra cost.there are 3 units and the cost is £65 per week.

There is a winter offer November to Febuary stay 3 weeks and get the 4 th week free.

Checking in time is 2pm and checking out time is 10am.where possible these time can be amended if possible by the owner

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 10 day stay at the villa with our 5 year old daughter. The weather was glorious and the villa has everything you could want and more. Inside it is spotlessly clean and furnished very nicely. There is also a lovely new modern shower room as well as the ensuite to the master bedroom. The private pool is wonderful and the secure fence with a locked gate around it is also a real peace of mind if you have little ones. The location for us was perfect with restaurants, supermarkets etc a short walk or drive away. The restaurants are very reasonably priced. Jeanette is a lovely lady and so helpful with any queries you may have. We are looking forward to returning very soon!

WHAT A GREAT FIND

We have just returned from a week at Jeanette's villa and can't wait to return sometime. It was exactly as described and felt very homely as soon as you walked in. The pool is amazing and the furnishings are lovely. There are indeed lovely views of the salt lake. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. From the start of the booking, Jeanette has been readily available to answer any queries and even organised our airport transfer from and to Alicante. It is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the Filton centre which has a few great bars (especially Manuels). The Chinese is also fantastic value for money. You can catch a bus from the chemists/Ocho bar into Torrevieja for 1.20 Euros and they run every 40 minutes. We did attempt to walk to the coast but turned back as the footpaths ended and there was no safe way to get across the busy roundabout. You can however walk to Punta Prima by going up the side of the garage to Los Altos passing the school and Dominos bar, this took us about 45 minutes but well worth it. Roll on the next time.

Fantastic Villa

This is our second visit to this beautiful villa and again did not want to leave. The villa is kept to a high standard and pool area is lovely. Jeanette the owner is very helpful and cannot do enough for you. Perfect place for a relaxing time in the sun.

Our family or 4 have just returned from an 11 night stay at this villa, and we cannot fault it. Wonderful location, only 10 minutes away from Torrevieja. Very clean and extremely well maintained - everything just as described by a friendly, courteous owner. Would definitely recommend.

A great place for vacation!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children, and the 2 weeks we spent in this villa was great.

The pool was perfect in size for our family, and it was kept clean and tidy. The villa was in great condition with all the comforts needed. (BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, Wireless Internet, Washing machine, etc…)

We rented a car to more easily get around to all the sights, beaches and shopping malls. But a taxi would probably be as cheap in the long run.

Local bars, supermarket and restaurants are all well within walking distance in flip-flops.

Any questions we had before the trip was handled by Jeanette without any delay.

And any problems we ran into during the stay in the villa was quickly attended by local contacts Andy and Debi.

I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone I know.

Great villa in lovely location

Had an excellent stay in this lovely villa. Its private pool and quiet location made holiday very relaxing and enjoyable with our three children. Only 10 min walk from bars/restaurant and supermarket. You are able to get a bus/taxi to local beaches / markets and torrevieja harbour. Villa was in very good condition and jeanette was very helpful with any queries we had and provided lots of information on local area. We would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

the vila is very close to the local hospital.Only 5 mins walk to shops supermarket, chemist ,bars & several eating places.You can catch the local bus into Torrevieja for only a small cost. and is only 10 mins away.

There are many beaches along the coast and the famous Mar Menor beaches are only 30 mins away by car.The town of Torrevieja is an old Spanish town with a great prom.The old church and town square has bars to sit and enjoy the sun.There are many golf clubs in the area and with the winter sun this is a great villa as it has a 400sq meter garden.

Other Activities: Aqua Park , go carts, nightclubs

Golf: There are several golf courses within 15 miles all of a very good standard.

Las Ramblas,Campamour golf, Villamartingolf, La Fincia,Polaris world golf COURSES 20 miles .the Villa has WIFI for general use
