Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
About Ruth Page
'Hello and welcome to our cottage. My family had this cottage built in 1952, I was 10 at the time. We moved into Birch Point the day school ended, and stayed for the entire summer. We only left for food shopping and laundry, and baths when my mother couldn't stand it anymore. We hated those days, an interruption in our activities of swimming every high tide, digging quahogs, fishing with snails, rowing our leaky wooden skiff and walking at dusk looking for our friends to join us. Oh, and the camp has a name 'Pamasonsis'. Some think it's a Native American name, but if you divide by syllables, it is our family of 4; Pa-Ma-Son-Sis. I love seeing the beautiful sunsets, hearing the lobster boats, seeing the water reflect the sun on the living room ceiling, and hearing the robins chirp early each morning. We hope you make some wonderful memories here too. I still believe that this is a magical place...Enjoy!!' Sincerely, The Page's

Great small cottage equipped with all you need for entertainment...and great views and sunsets!
We had two teenage grandsons with us who loved the kayaks, the fire pit and the Netflix. Sue and I enjoy the views, steaming lobsters and relaxing on the deck!
It was my pleasure to host these guests for their third yearly stay . I am especially pleased that each generation enjoyed the week. There truly is something for everyone at "camp".
Cozy little Cabin with Water Views
Great Location . . so much to do in the area such as the Maine Maritime Museum, Popham Beach in Phippsburg, and Downtown Bath. We had a great dinner at the Kennebec Tavern and loved shopping at Reny's, an old fashioned Dept. Store. There were nearby Antique centers such as the Cabot Mill Antiques in Brunswick and the Wiscasset Village Antiques in Wiscasset (Huge!). You can relax and watch the Pleasure and Lobster Boats go by from the deck of the Cabin. Or go kayaking from the Cabin's private dock. It was the first time we were in this part of Maine, and enjoyed the setting and nearby attractions! Maine is such an awesome state !
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of "camp". It is my pleasure to offer this spot as a home away from home. This area provides many activities, as well as space to watch the boats and hear the osprey. You are invited to visit again.
A lovely week at camp.
The owner of this property was very responsive and had thought of everything we might need to have fun-filled week. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and lobster-cooker! The kayaks were a bonus, too. It was clean and comfortable. The sunsets are amazing. If you are looking for a traditional camp experience in Maine, this is it.
Great Maine Cottage
Perfect small cottage equipped with all you will need! Spectacular sunsets. Lobster delivered to private dock by local waterman!
Thank you so much for sharing a piece of your summer at camp.
You were a joy to host. Come back anytime.
This is the second year we've stayed here. Lovely scaled cottage with a great vibe, and with a view that you absolutely can't beat. Bath and the surrounding areas are off the beaten path, and not crowded, even in the height of summer. The Phippsburg Peninsula alone is interesting enough for a whole week. Then there's Georgetown,. and the Harpswells..... It's a perfect spot, with a very gracious host! We'll be back, same time next year.
Guests who appreciate this property and the area make sharing this family retreat a pleasure! Please come back next year!
Perfect for two!
We had a wonderful stay! This cabin offered all we wanted in our trip: it was cute, cozy, tidy, affordable, and offered a beautiful view. Can't wait to return!
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It was a pleasure to welcome you. Please plan to return!
