About Teresa Safay
As a long time Ashland resident, it is my pleasure to provide a relaxing and convenient home away from home. Please feel free to call with any questions during your visit. I look forward to offering a stay that is both peaceful and rejuvenating.
Why Teresa Safay chose Historic Railroad District
I chose Ashland many years ago because this city offers a cosmopolitan feel of a large city and peacefulness of a small town.
What makes this House unique
237 B Street is located in Ashland's favorite historical neighborhood. It is a five minute stroll to Shakespeare, Ashland's many restaurants, shopping and the famous Lithia Park. You will not need to use your car once you have arrived.

Very clean, pleasant space in a great location. Well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking implements. Had a small issue with a missing sheet for the spare bed which was corrected quickly. Definitely would recommend this VRBO.
Cozy, convenient, quiet
Great location, walking distance to theatre and shopping. Very comfortable bed and very quiet apartment at night. We typically stay in a hotel when visiting Ashland, but this time we chose this apartment and it worked out very well. Bought food at the nearby co-op and enjoyed it in the apartment kitchen,
Excellent location in this meticulously cared for dwelling --- not only close to OSF theatres but just kittycorner from a very popular Food Co-op. The house itself is divided into two rentals equiped with all the necessities of home --- frig, tv, washer, dryer, hot plates, John Steinbeck novels, a bicycle which I presume is available for use (Bring your own bicycle lock), plenty of decorative and plush towels, storage spaace galore, comfortable bed. Who coould ask for anything more! ME! I would like to see a light on the kitchen table which is the only item available for writing and doing my daily NY crossword puzzle. And one other thing, and this is common with most rentals, a guide that tells what and where channels are available on cable. Small complaints considering the excellent amenities offered by this gem of a rental.
Walk to the theatre!
Very pleasant location, quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the theatres and restaurants. We would definitely look to stay here again.
Close to theatre and stores. Clean and easy check-in.
It's a nice little place. The "sofa bed" was a little disappointing and there were a couple minor repairs needed. But overall, it was perfect for a friend and myself for the week.
Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
Great location. Close to the Shakespeare Festival, downtown and the Community Food Store.
