Nice Area Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Spacious new studio in secure complex with pool and direct access to beach

The studio is on the forth floor with a sea view overlooking the complex. It has a large sunny balcony with a canopy, dinning table and sunloungers. It is accessed by lift or stairs. There is air-conditioning and central-heating, it has marble flooring. The studio is light and airy with modern furnishings, it is very secure with video-phone entry. The gated grounds have landscaped gardens with mature trees It has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. A private underpass leads straight to the beach.

'Le Lido' is only a 2 minutes walk from the small town which has local shops, market, bars and excellent restaurants. It has a beautiful wide promenade ideal for walking and cycling. Cagnes-sur-mer lies between Nice and Antibes making it ideal for exploring the riviera. There is an excellent bus and rail network all within walking distance.

Great location, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful week in Cagnes sur Mer. The apartment is located in a plush complex close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was quiet and sunbeds were always available. The studio is light, airy and well appointed - we spent many evenings on the balcony with a view of the sea.

Local buses and trains are close by and it was really easy to get around; we travelled all along the Riviera.

The owners are very helpful and replied to questions without delay. We would recommend this apartment very highly.

This studio is the best one of them I have stayed in during my holidays

in Côte d´Azur.

I have just read other reviews about the appartment and the owners.

I absolutely agree in what was said by the previous speaker and can warmely recommend this studio.

As soon as possible i will return.

This was our third stay at Karen & Gary's apartment - which says it all! We discovered Cros de Cagnes five years ago and have made seven visits since then. The town is in such a gorgeous location and Le Lido is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need - everything is high quality. The apartment is immaculately clean and a really useful file of instructions is provided. All communication with Karen & Gary was dealt with really quickly and effectively. Added bonus is the balcony which is shaded in the heat of the day then bathed in sunshine until dusk - perfect. The whole complex is immaculate including the beautiful pool. As this is mainly residential the pool is quiet and rules are adhered to which is really good - the residents do remind guests of the rules! Plenty to do around and about...trains and buses are great. The old town is well worth a visit. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and Ventimiglia (Italy) are all within easy reach by train - just take care with timetables as not all trains run every day or stop at Cros de Cagnes (nearest station) but it's only a short walk to main station in Cagnes sur Mer. Great bars and restaurants along the sea front - something for everyone. Highly recommend the apartment, Le Lido and Cros de Cagnes - this is one of our favourite hloiday destinations and look forward to visiting again ....and again!

Really nice studio in a beautifull complex.

Even though we booked only a few days before arrival the owners were extremely helpful in assisting us in every aspect. The apartment is in a gated residential community, close to the beach and with very spacious grounds beautifully well kept. Although it is a studio it had a really large balcony with a west facing aspect which was very bright and sunny. The studio is well kept by the owners and everything you would need or have forgotten was there. There are plenty of shops close by including a good supermarket only 10 mins walk. For 2 people it was perfect and there was private secure parking and a shared but quite private swimming pool as an added bonus. The whole residence had an upmarket feel about it and was very relaxed. There are plenty of restaurants in Cagnes sur mer and next door in St Laurent so a car isn't really necessary because the train station is a five minute walk and the buses from Nice airport run along the main road 2 mins away. We have never returned to any accommodation we have visited before but would definately consider using Garry and Karen's place again.

Cumbria, the lake district

An excellent studio for a great holiday.

A lovely spacious studio in an excellent location for seeing all the surrounding area. A car is not necessary since there is an excellent public transport system nearby. The studio is well equipped and spotlesdly clean. Cros de Cagnes has an excellent promenade for walking, cycling and a nice beach as well. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

Garry and Karen are very helpful. Thank you we thoroughly recommend your sccommodation

Fantastic spacious apartment, amazing balcony

We have just returned from a week long stay in this beautiful apartment and have already booked to return in August! The studio was immaculate, spacious and well equipped. The balcony was fabulous and got the afternoon and evening sun so we spent most evenings sat out eating dinner and enjoying the view.

There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants on the promenade, as well as a fantastic bakery and a good supermarket nearby. There was also a lovely local market in Cros de Cagnes, and the promenade was fantastic, we walked for miles. The apartment was easy to find by bus from the airport and the directions from Garry and Karen were great.

The beach was a minutes walk away and the pool looked fantastic, we can't wait to return in August when it will be warm enough to swim. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location and lovely complex, great value for money and we can't recommend Garry and Karen's apartment highly enough.

Cros-de-Cagnes is a fishing/beach community located 3 km. from Nice airport. It is on a main bus route which picks up at Nice airport. There are good rail connections which link to Cannes, Juan-les-pins, Antibes, Nice, Eze, Monaco and the famous Friday market at Ventamelia (Italy). The local bus also goes to St. Paul de Vence and Grasse (for the perfume factories). A short walk beachfront walk takes you to a shopping mal (Cap 3000) which has Gallerie Layfayette and many other chic boutiques. For winter sports the apartment is well placed. Isola 2000 and Auron are the two nearest ski resorts in the french Alps and are approximately 90 minutes by car. (ski-bus also goes from Nice station & airport).
