Luxury apartment in Los Alcazares in Murcia. Close to restaurants, bars & beach

Luxury apartment fitted out with everything you would need to have a great holiday. One of the best locations on the resort as you get sun all day on the balcony with leads off the lounge plus you have the private roof terrace which gets sun all day as well so your spoilt for choice where to chill out. Everything is in good order and has been fitted out with the best furniture and equipment. Made to order U shaped bed settee which can seat 6 people and sleep 2 comfortably. Large Sony TV with satellite TV, climate control hot and cold upstairs and downstairs. DVD and video player with loads of films to choose from in case you fancy a night in and Playstation 2 with small selection of games for the kids. There is a choice of terraces. One at the front over looking the landscaped area then there's a private roof terrace great for sun bathing and also eating. There is a table, chairs, and sun loungers provided. These can be taken to the pool but please look after them and bring them back. The location is perfect.

Penthouse has everything you need.

Just back from a wonderful holiday in Los Alcazares staying in this penthouse. It is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, a real home from home. From WIFI to a washing machine, satellite TV with English channels to hairdryer and a safe. It's on a gated complex with a large pool and lovely gardens and features. The square with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away and the beach 5 minutes from the square. All the food on offer in the square is really good, but we found the best value was the Chinese restaurant called The Asia Star which is 10 minute walk from the penthouse. Our favourite place to go for a drink in the evening was Le Petit Bistrot, the owner Pascal is very pleasant and it has a lovely atmosphere. The owners are a lovely family who are at the end of the phone if you need anything. They treated us like friends and are very down to earth, we even bumped into them at the Chinese. Our holiday was just perfect! Thank you Mark, Vic and family. x

Nice complex. Tidy apartment​. Well Equipped.

This booking was for a family of 8. 2 of which were toddlers.

We found the apartment to be tidy and generally good. It does need a little maintenance but nothing major.

Front room has TV and DVD player also WiFi.

The pool is good gets sun all day, the sun deck on the top of the apartment gets sun in the evening and the front veranda gets the morning and daytime sun.

Kitchen has big fridge and lots of storage.

It was lacking a few things but again nothing major.

There were toys for the pool and plenty of towels for us to use

Off street parking is easy to access.

Overall we liked it and would think about booking again.

Very nice apartment, everything worked fine.Complex is spotlessly clean, Los Alcazeres is a beautiful place , beach is wonderful, variety of places to eat will suit anyone.Will certainly return , would recommend to anyone .Mark & Henk very helpful although our stay was virtually trouble free. DP.

As usual the apartment is always clean. We had a brilliant time and the weather was lovely. We have stayed in this apartment quite a few times over a couple of years and always had a lovely time. I would strongly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great holiday - lovely location!

7 of us (4 adults and 3 children) have just returned from a wonderful week in this spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. We found the apartment to be exactly as described on the website and really appreciated the little extra touches like the buckets and spades available for the kids to use.

Location is great - only 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and a good range of restaurants; the beach is a leisurely 15 minutes stroll away.

The complex itself is well maintained and the pool was fantastic.

Having the roof terrace was great - just the right balance of shade and sun to suit everyone!

Booking was easy and the owner was very good at responding to questions quickly and efficiently. He also organised transfers to and from the airport which went like clockwork.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, would definitely recommend it!

Los Alcazares Murcia Costa Calida. The beaches are blue flag and the one in Los Alcazares stretches for 4 miles. 25 min drive will get you to Aquopolis which is a large water park. Also Natural Mitica and new water park and zoo has just open in Murcia approx 40 min drive.

Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of 25 euros return per 4 people with luggage.

Also if you require any specific items in the apartment please let our management company know and they will have everything ready in the apartment then you can pay them directly.

The 50% deposit is non-refunable and if cancelled within 8 weeks prior to departure no refund policy.
The security / damage deposit is returned within 2 weeks after apartment & bedding ect has been checked.

Long term lets will be considered please email or call with the dates you require then we will get back to you with a cost.

We cant have 8 adults. We can have 6 adults and two kids or any combo for example 4 adults & 4 kids. As long as no more than 6 adults.
When 8 occupants is will carry a 50 euro surcharge for extra bedding & towels to be washed.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
