This is a one-bedroom condo high floor with full Biscayne Bay/ River, city, park and pool views.
The unit has a full bathroom (shower/bath), full kitchen (oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher), washer/ dryer, living room, dining room, master bedroom and balcony.
In the one-bedroom: King size bed in master bedroom, queen size air mattress that could be used in living room. We have extra sheets for the air mattress and sofa to sleep on for accommodating guests.
The apartment comes with sheets, towels, dishes, pots/pans it is turn-key.
The rates above includes valet parking as applicable (a savings of $35 night if paid directly with hotel), internet (a savings of $10 if paid directly with hotel) and access to hotel amenities including workout classes (a $20 per class value). MUST PROVIDE CAR DETAILS COLOR MAKE MODEL TYPE LICENSE PLATE # 48 hours advance prior to check-in renters responsibility to send information if want to use valet.
There is a one-time $110 cleaning fee (1BR) and $59 non-refundable insurance damage policy. You must disclose number of guests.
The unit will be professional cleaned before and after you stay. The cleaning lady charges us $220 total but we pay half. If you want additional cleaning or daily cleaning during your stay we can provide you the contact information for cleaning.
We live in the building and available for check-in/ out flexible on times if you tell us in-advance. THIS IS the guest responsibility. We need to know your check-in time. It can be anything after 3 PM but we need 48 hour notice to anticipate your arrival.
We will need full names of anyone staying or visiting the unit to register them with the building/ provide guest passes. This must be done within 48 hours advance notice of the check-in and the responsibility of the guest to provide this information.
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN FULL TO BOOK RESERVATION.
The W hotel has very nice residential condos and amenities. The space my guest and I stayed in that Ceiliah provided was nice. She could definitely use some fixes within the unit. Rust is all over the kitchen counters. The dish washer smells like mop water. There are various holes in the wall from prior hangings. Mold was found on her outside balcony furniture. The couch looks and smells old and worn out. The smoke detector kept going off and we were never made aware of the self cleaning tub that goes of and sounds like something busted open. Ceiliah was kept in communication with me prior to arriving. She let me know that if I had any problems to contact her. When I arrived at the condo, it was very noticeable that the unit wasn't properly cleaned. She asked for photos and when provided, said she needed more than 1 hair for proof. Multiple pictures were provided. She also only left us with a half used roll of tissue. Throughout my stay the smoke detector kept going off. When I contacted her to Alger aware she was very rude and asked me if I was trying to get a refund or out of the stay. No where in my text msg did I ask for any money bk, to leave the unit, or anything remotely close to wanting money bk. I did however make her aware that it's going off, it's very loud and didn't want her neighbors to become concerned, and that if there was something I could do to fix it, I don't mind helping. I made Ceiliah aware that I was very offended that she even brought it up and that I was just concerned for her things and then neighbors. She did not respond once I made her aware that she had offended me. She never came to check on the alarm, she did not clean anything, but only gave smart remarks to anything I informed her about! If you are looking for a great experience in Miami, the W is a great hotel, Howeverni would NEVER stay at Ceiliah's rental, even if it was offered for free!
This is the second time that I stay in this apartment. It's really beautiful, has everything you need and the view is lovely. Ceiliah, the owner, is great. She cares for you to enjoy your time in Miami and makes everything easy for your stay.
The building is incredible. The pool has sun all day long, and the jacuzzi is a great spot. The gym is big and has a big variety of machines to workout.
The neighborhood is the best in Miami. It's not the typical tourist site, so it's more quiet.
I definetly recommend this apartment.
The host is super accomodating and pleasant to work with. Place is in a little need of renovation, but overall everything is in working order. Ok for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Great views from balcony. Access to club 50 and Wednesday services a big plus!!!
Gorgeous views, convenient location.However the walls could use a little touch up with paint and the linen is a little worn out. Be prepared to pay 40 or more for mandatory valet parking, parking is not included as per advertise.
We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, spacious with a spectacular view of the ocean and the magnificent pool. The Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and includes an espresso machine and a Keurig though no regular coffee maker. The owner responded to our needs immediately and was very curtious. The condo is close walking distance to cafes, Mary Brickell village and the Bayfront Park. If you want to go to Miami South Beach take an Lift or an Uber they have quick service and less expensive than taking a taxi. Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The stay was really nice and pleasant along with the amenities! The Host was very attentive and the neighborhood felt very safe! We would definitely refer this condo to others!
