This condo is oceanfront and looks onto Honl Beach.
We have completely remodeled the unit. The condo has tile flooring through out the unit. There are double wide sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and beach.
The bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV with full cable.
The bathroom has all new cabinets, a decorator sink and a tile and glass stall shower,
The kitchen has an over the stove micro wave oven, electric stove and oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Custom seamless counter tops and sink are featured in the kitchen bar.
The Dining area has a glass top table that seats 4.
The livingroom has a queen size convertable sofa, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, air conditioning, and an IPOD stereo.
There is free WiFi in the unit.
The Kona Reef Resort is less than a quarter mile from Kona town. Walking distance to many resturants and night spots. The reef is right next to Honl Beach. It is also 9/10 of a mile from the start/finish line of the Annual Ironman Championship.
As we live on the Island in Kailua, we are readily available to assist our guests with information on local siteseeing.

A beautful condo in a beautiful place
We loved the condo. It was very comfortable and convenient to the town and nearby beaches. We enjoyed the pool, the lava rocks, and the ocean in front. We saw a turtle there. We walked to restaurants and shops in the town. The condo had everything you would need including snorkeling equipment, chairs, and towels. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. We ate breakfast on the lanai and loved the view of the beach.
We would definitely stay there again.
Awesome location with a sweet beach out the door. This condo is good for two but could feel crowded.
This condo was somewhat updated and quite clean. Everything was in good working order. Would recommend better grill tools and a nicer cooler for the beach. Also kitchen cooking utensils could be improved. Nice light coming in to the place and ate outside each night.
Not only is this property a great value but the location is perfect! Being slightly off bay front made for a nice quiet setting but just a short walk to all the great Alii drive shops and restaurants. Pool area is lovely for watching the famous Kona Sunsets.
Great stay on the beach
This place was perfect for my wife and I. Right on the beach and a really quick walk to a number of really good and fun restaurants.
Ideal location and condo
This condo is ideally located for exploring the fascinating Big Island. It is amply supplied with linens, soaps, paper products, shampoo, and a most comfortable bed. The kitchen is filled with any bowl, pot, or utensil you could need and the cutlery matches!

Amazing location! The view from the deck is incredible. The interior was a bit dated but extremely clean and had everything we needed and then some. I had a smal issue and the owner was super friendly and fixed it right away. Great customer service and care!

Damage deposits are handled by posting a check for $300, dated the date of arrival. This check is due with the final payment. The check is held until departure. If there is no damage the check is voided and returned. If there is damage it is cashed. Please inquire abou discounts for current and retired Police, Fire and EMS personnel. 3% discount for Cash Transactions.
