This townhouse was in such a great part of town. It's bustling and fun and was a great introduction to Atlanta. We walked to so many great restaurants and the Georgian Terrace(where we attended a wedding) is literally on the same block. Unlike other reviews, we actually found getting to the townhouse to be extremely easy, Uber never had an issue finding us, and we had food delivered there with no issues. The space was big and clean and was perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. The property owner was helpful and very accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here if you find yourself in Midtown, are in town to go to the Fox, or are attending events in the area.
The property was Great!!!The location/address is a Lil tricky. (Brittany forewarned)But, once you arrived everything was simply wonder..Planning to go back already....
We spent 4 days and 3 nights in this spacious town home. The positives are that it is large and could comfortably accommodate many people. The location is good, too. It is close to everything. The workout facilities are also exceptional - spacious and clean gym across the street from the town home. The negatives, unfortunately, were glaring and made this a less than average stay for my family. This may seem nit picky, but the cumulative effect of all of these items made us disappointed by the property itself. The carpet is dingy, the blinds were all damaged or broken, several drawers were broken, every room contained furniture that was either damaged or dinged. A seat on one chair in the dining room was broken, so when we sat on it we almost fell off. The chain lock on the door you access off the street doesn't work because it was installed improperly. And the apartment is in a high foot traffic area, so you can hear all of the people outside coming and going. The cable and tvs were not in the bedrooms, which is unusual for a hotel/rental space. And the cable did not work well for one of the tvs. So what was the cumulative effect of all of these relatively minor issues? We didn't want to stay inside the town home much! I think if the owner invested in upgrading the interior a bit, new carpet, fresh paint and a working lock, it would be a much better experience for travelers. There was also a weird smell in the hallways - I think the company that owns the building uses a very strong air freshener and don't blame the owner of the rental property for that.
All and all, this property is great for college kids, or large groups looking for a decent place to sleep. But if you are looking for a family friendly - 4 to 5 star experience on your vacation - this is not the place for you. I'd also encourage you to read other reviews commenting on the interior of this place. I read them before I stayed in this property and disregarded comments that seemed like minor complaints that could easily be fixed. Many of the issues I read in another review were it fixed when I arrived, despite the owner indicating they would address these issues or they weren't that big of a deal. Something to think about when you make your decision to stay here...
Just want to say that we really enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom townhome in Midtown. From the very beginning, we were able to enter the facility effectively and the townhome was simply beautiful and met all of our needs. All instructions from the owner were very clear and to the point. The layout was wonderful and it definitely gave us all the room that we needed. All linen was provided. The kitchen had all of the needed appliances and utensils. The beds slept comfortably and the place was very clean. We had trouble with a pipe leaking under the kitchen sink and the owner had it replaced and fixed the same day. It was also very easy for Uber to find us and drop us off so that we could attend our conference. Also, it was conveniently located near convenient stores and restaurants. Thanks for making us feel at home and I hope that we can use your facility again when we visit Atlanta. If anyone is looking for a home away from home, this is the place.

Loved this condo and our stay in Midtown. The condo's location is simply perfect. Right across from the Fox, you can walk to restaurants, shops, the grocery store. It is HUGE and the pictures don't do it justice. Clean, fully stocked and we would definitely stay here again. Only caveat, no bathrooms on the first floor, but we spent most of our time upstairs as they have a kitchen, TV, dining room and two of the 3 bedrooms.
