Sleeps 6-8 comfortably with two queen beds and two twins along with a two sided reclining couch and an electronic reclining chair which is a favorite nap spot! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal or head out to the porch to grill up your daily catch. An electric fireplace will warm up those chilly evenings and the full wall windows give you a beautiful view overlooking the bay and the wildlife across from the peninsula. There are flat screen TV's in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and the Bonus room. There is a computer desk ready to be set up as an office or just as a place to enjoy using your computer to keep in touch by using the internet which is readily available. The boat house uses a garage door entry to the waterway and is accessed from the parking level behind a closed door with your keyless entry. The front door access to the townhome is also a four # code that you will receive before arriving. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is overflow parking on a first come first serve basis. The far end of the parking lot has room for your boat trailer as well. We hope all guests will treat our home as their own and enjoy it as much as we do!

This is our second Harbor Villa property since we love it so much! We spend much of our time at our home in Colorado and enjoy the Spring and Fall in Upstate New York to visit family and friends who we grew up with. We love the boating and fishing, and the beauty of the Thousand Islands and the surrounding areas.

We couldn't resist the convenience of being directly on a waterway with the boathouse under our home. We bought into the Harbor Villa property when it was still being developed in 2008. We've seen huge improvements in the surrounding properties in the past few years and expect the draw to the River to increase over the next few years as well.

Great time. Location was close to town, plenty of space for us. As a family of 5, finding a hotel to accommodate us all is nearly impossible. This fit the bill. Everyone got to sleep in their own bed, no sleeper sofa. We were able to play cards in the living room. We brought our breakfast sandwich maker and Keurig. So after a little shopping at the Big M, we had breakfast covered. The kitchen and pantry storage had us covered. We like taking boat rides, but we prefer to let others do the driving while we relax (Unlce Sam's Tours did a great job), so we did not take advantage of the boat garage, but we saw that others did. We visited Boldt Castle, Singer Castle, Zip Lined in Canada, Took in the view of the Thousand Islands Tower, did a wine tour, met an old school barber (who gave my son a superior hair cut), Walked in the parks, Checked out the Tourist Shops, Visited Sacket's Harbor, all in all, very relaxing. Our goal was for relaxation and the Thousand Islands provided that. This location made it easy to get to everything and to get away from everything. If you are looking for a great view, this is not it, but if you are looking for a place that will give you some elbow room to wind down from your adventures and can keep in mind that this isn't a 5 star resort with a large staff to handle every issue, I would highly recommend it.
WOW! Your really spent your time well and got to take in so much that Alexandria Bay has to offer! Hopefully you will return next year and see the Marina View take shape. It's a slow process but will be worth it when all the boats will be on display while enjoying coffee on the balcony!
Everything you need in a home away from home!
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home. There was adequate space for us and the 4 kids! They had a blast fishing in the boat garage! It’s clean, nice and has whatever you need for the stay. Close to the grocery and other stores. Can walk or drive to the Bay shops and restaurants. (Korner’s had the best pizza that we found!) Linda was quick to answer any questions we had and was very easy to deal with. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location for boaters and walks to Alex bay. Well equipped and clean. Sleeps 6 easily. Only drawback is seating to eat. Tough for little ones to eat at island but you can make do! Visited twice and will be back!

Great Vacation Home
The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout was convenient and we appreciated the closets and pantry for clothes and food storage. The boat garage was fantastic!! Really convenient!!! So nice to not have to drag everything to a boat dock.
As with any waterfront home, spiders and spiderwebs were the only real issue.
We would recommend this property.

The boating is amazing! The islands offer views of Castles, mansions and ,historical monuments. The St Lawrence river is alive with international cargo ships, cruise ships, Yachts, and boats of all sizes and types. The variety of birds range from eagles,herons, egrets, to humming birds. The deer run wild on Welsely Island in the Thousand Island Park and on the mainland of Canada and the US. Marinas and Resorts line the waterway with access to restaurants or hotels by boat with ample dockage.
Bolt Castle is only a few minutes boat ride with self guided tours and opportunity to "Wedding Watch" every weekend. Not far away by boat is Singer Castle with guided tours of the historical residence with secret passageways, hidden doors and Peek-a-boo viewing locations that were used to spy on guests.
The weekends are busy with pirate events, classic cars, motorcycle tours, farmers markets, craft fairs and the like. The beauty of our location is that it is a quiet retreat just outside of the village activities, yet only a short walk away from all the activity.
The absolute best amenity is that you have your own boathouse located directly under the town home where you can store your boat or water vehicles in the 16'x40' enclosure. There is even a sitting area where the men (or women) can relax and enjoy a cigar or fish directly off the indoor dock.

Pets are to be leashed at all times while outside on the premises. 4. MINIMUM AGE for RENTERS. RESERVATION – 50% of the quoted price is required at the time of the booking. This deposit check must be received within ten (10) days of making the reservation in order to guarantee the dates. 6.
