Very proud to have 4.9 out of 5 star ratings! (The noise that used to emanate from the club across the street is no longer an issue. It has closed and zoning will not allow another club to open on this block.)

We both live in Savannah, but not in the Historic District. We use this condo ourselves, so we make sure it is comfortable and offers all the amenities necessary to make your stay memorable.
The walkability of Savannah is one of it's most unique features. Park your car upon arrival and don't go back to it until it's time to leave. A pass to the Whitaker Street/City Market Garage is available with our condo.
This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend in Savannah. It was so easy to get in and out of the condo to visit shops and restaurants. If you're more interested in hanging in for the night the property is very cozy and provides a comfortable nights sleep. We would certainly return!

We were blown away by this little gem! We had 4 people and 2 dogs and only spent one night but we were comfortable and thrilled with the beautiful interior, close proximity to everything and how friendly and accommodating the owner is. I personally love how secure the building was as well.
This is perfect for a weekend romantic getaway, perfect for young couples and dog people! I would only say that you are on the street so expect some noise but it didn't disturb our stay. Would absolutely stay here again on the next trip to town!
My husband and I stayed for two nights along with our dog and we had a great visit. The condo is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and River Street. It has a full kitchen if you want to cook or just make your own coffee, we found a Kroger about 10 minutes away to get some groceries. If you prefer someone else to make your coffee, you can walk to Coffee Fox, Starbucks or Panera Bread. Many restaurants and even attractions are dog friendly, so we were able to take our dog with us most of the time. We did use the parking pass for Whitaker garage and it came in very handy as it seemed like a pretty busy weekend in Savannah so street parking was always full. We very much enjoyed our visit and will stay here again on our next trip.

First off, the process of renting this condo was a breeze. We worked with the actual owners and not a rental agency and I think that this made the process much easier. This was a very, very nice condo and included everything that we needed for our stay. The location is the BEST......the front faces Broughton Street (shopping district) and the rear door is just steps away from the City Market. We purchased the parking pass from the owner for the Whitaker Street garage for an additional $10 per day and this was a great deal as parking it as a premium in Savannah. We parked our car upon arrival and we did not get in our car again until we left......we did not leave the Historic District and chose to walk everywhere and the location of this condo makes this possible. The condo was very clean and comfortable and all linens were provided. We did only have two towels (that we found) for a three night stay so I used the washer and dryer in the unit to wash the towels for us for additional uses. It was very warm during our stay so we showered twice a day and did not want to use the same towels for more than 2 showers. This unit is pet friendly and we took our little dog with us on this trip and he was very comfortable as well. We received a text from the owner shortly after arrival to make sure that we had arrived safely and to ask if we had any questions. The owner was very helpful and was only a text away for any questions that we had. We paid a refundable damage deposit when booking this unit and it was refunded the same day as our departure.....this was a pleasant surprise as I have had to wait a week or longer when renting other units. All in all, I would definitely stay at this unit again on a return visit to Savannah.
