This clean, two-bedroom condo in East Vail provides the warmth and coziness of a wood-burning fire, an extensive kitchen, and easy access to all of the outdoor beauty and activities of the Rocky Mountains!
Located in a complex amidst the pines, this house offers peace of the great outdoors, and with town just a short shuttle ride away, you'll have access to shops, restaurants, and groceries.
Wood floors throughout the kitchen, living room, and bathroom provide an extra element of warmth, and the rug in the center of the living room radiates a complimenting aura to the rest of the house.
Inside this cozy condo, you'll find a spacious living room with a sliding glass door opening to a small balcony with a view of quiet wilderness. A leather couch lends itself nicely for relaxing by the fire and reading a book, watching a DVD or cable TV, or simply cuddling with your partner under warm blankets.
The kitchen has above and beyond the normal necessities, including a French press, a traditional coffee maker, and a waffle iron so you can get your mornings started right! A large dining table in the main room is great for eating or spreading out a map to plan your adventures.
The two bedrooms are simple yet inviting. One features a queen bed with identical lamps on either side, and the other has a set of twin bunk beds for the little ones or friends. This home is perfect for a family retreat, ski trip, or as a base for epic outdoor adventures.
Close to the house are over a dozen trailheads for hiking or cycling. There's a golf course just a couple miles away, rafting or fishing on the Eagle River 11 miles away, and a five-mile drive or shuttle ride to Vail Resort for world-class skiing. Other activities include hot-air ballooning, horseback riding, and finding that perfect, isolated spot for a memorable photograph.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Only a 5-10mins drive to Lionshead village, very convenient to drive or take the shuttle without having to pay the high $$ of staying in the village. Property has everything needed for a great vacation, uphill walk from car and 2nd floor stairs makes a good workout to end a full day of skiing. Would be perfect to have washer/dryer in condo and access to pool or hot tub to relax after skiing. But overall great unit!!
I've been vacationing in Vail for 30 years, mainly in East Vail, and enjoy the area very much. The den and kitchen area were nice and the fireplace was a plus. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable and the toilet seat was dirty upon arrival. Other than that, the staff and instructions were very clear and helpful.
We stayed here for Presidents' Day weekend. The kitchen and den area were nice and the fireplace was a plus. Pillows and beds were not very comfortable and the toilet seat was dirty. Other than that, the instructions and communication of the staff were great.
The apartment was perfect size for my husband and me. We spent all day skiing. Caught the bus to town just down the hill from condo. Very convenient. We ate in most nights and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Don't know how it would be if you are seeking nightlife but price can't be beat in Vail.
Nicely appointed unit and very clean. Close to Vail bus stop. Good value.
