About Maria Wronski

Since purchasing land in Oregon's Willamette Valley 12 years ago, Paul and Maria have dreamed of opening a Pet Friendly vacation rental in a historic building conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Traveling around the world, spending time with their dogs, enjoying fine food and wine, connecting with friends and family, and collecting antiques are the cornerstones of their life. They hope like minded travelers will appreciate what they have created at The Victorian on 10th.

Maria Wronski purchased this house in 2014

Why Maria Wronski chose McMinnville

The Victorian on 10th, designated with the highest significance on McMinnville's historic register, was known as the Frank E. Rogers building. Built in 1896, the building is a triplex and sits at the corner of Baker and 10th, walking distance to restaurants, micro-breweries, wine tasting shops and boutiques. With distinct units, the opportunities are vast.

What makes this house unique

The Victorian on 10th's Queen Anne architectural details include ornate siding, detailed door hardware, beautiful stained glass windows, 120 year old Doug fir floors, and tin ceilings. Walk to award winning restaurants, tasting rooms and micro-breweries, tour local wineries, visit Linfield college or shop at the many local boutiques.

Lovely space and extras!

  • 5 of 5

Maria was very prompt at getting us the door code. We arrived to a clean and lovely Victorian insured home! Wine, cheese and gluten free cupcakes for our birthday festivities. We had a full house of 9 and everyone raved about the comfort of sleep. There was coffee juice and a variety of breakfast oftions for our very diversely allergen laden group! Thank you for the amazing stay!

An excellent and unassuming rental!!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at the Victorian house was quite unexpected and very very nice!!

The Owner does a top notch job of making your stay pleasant and comfortable.

The home has too many special details to list out but they have done a wonderful job of preserving this home and setting it up for a very memorable stay.

We were travelling with another group that had to stay at another home in town. This group was quite envious of this property and wished they had been the ones to have rented this home. Everyone was amazed at the level of detail that has gone into restoring this home!

The one thing I would say is that we wish we could have stayed a couple more nights to enjoy all the amenities!! We would definitely recommend staying at this property!!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is walking distance from downtown (3rd Street), and the host was very accommodating and generous - even providing us with a vegan breakfast and welcome wine!
