About Maria Wronski

Since purchasing land in Oregon's Willamette Valley 12 years ago, Paul and Maria have dreamed of opening a Pet Friendly vacation rental in a historic building conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Traveling around the world, spending time with their dogs, enjoying fine food and wine, connecting with friends and family, and collecting antiques are the cornerstones of their life. They hope like minded travelers will appreciate what they have created at The Victorian on 10th.

Maria Wronski purchased this house in 2014

Why Maria Wronski chose Willamette Valley Oregon

The Victorian on 10th, designated with the highest significance on McMinnville's historic register, was known as the Frank E. Rogers building. Built in 1896, the building is a triplex and sits at the corner of Baker and 10th, walking distance to restaurants, micro-breweries, wine tasting shops and boutiques. With distinct units, the opportunities are vast.

What makes this house unique

The Victorian on 10th's Queen Anne architectural details include ornate siding, detailed door hardware, beautiful stained glass windows, 120 year old Doug fir floors, and tin ceilings. Walk to award winning restaurants, tasting rooms and micro-breweries, tour local wineries, visit Linfield college or shop at the many local boutiques.

Beautiful House in Great Location!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is walking distance from downtown (3rd Street), and the host was very accommodating and generous - even providing us with a vegan breakfast and welcome wine!

Top Value and Comforts

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the top floor unit at Victorian and had a wonderful experience. Maria communicated with us in advance, providing not only access details, but great recommendations for local wineries - even winery tasting cards. More than that, the accommodations were top notch and her hospitality was the best. Provisions were of highest quality - wine/cheese/fruit/breakfast items/home-baked banana bread - above and beyond! The antiques and the home details made it a unique experience. McMinnville was an interesting town and we had a tasty Spanish dinner at local restaurant. We will plan our next Willamette Valley wine tour to be based here! Thank you, Maria!

Beautiful, comfortable Victorian in great location

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we walked into the Victorian on 10th, we felt both welcomed and impressed! Maria baked us fresh muffins, and the smell filled the house. That on top of the coupons for wine tasting, plus extra wine and cheese in the fridge, made us feel immediately welcomed. Walking around the beautifully restored Victorian house made us feel impressed! The house is so much more than we expected, really a special place with high ceilings, wonderful period fixtures and decor, very comfortable furnishings, and a luxurious shower. Plus it was only a short walk to 3rd street and a bevy of tasting rooms and restaurants.

We will definitely stay longer next time! Thanks Maria!
