About the property

Palmy Daze Condo is a delightful 2 Bed/ 2 Bath unit located about 1 mile from the village of Cruz Bay. The unit features a wonderful, open and airy feel with its vaulted beam ceilings and abundance of windows that allow the refreshing trade wind breezes to the provide natural cooling for the living spaces. The large community swimming pool is just a short walk from the condo down a beautifully landscaped path.

Arriving at Pastory Condominiums, guests vacationing at Palmy Daze will park in the private assigned space adjacent to the condo and then ascend a short wooden staircase to the main entrance. Passing through the front door brings guests to the foyer leading to the great room and to the lower level bedroom and bathroom.

The great room features the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 4-6 and a comfortable living room area decorated in a tropical motif. There is a large side deck which is completely private and is accessed only through creatively designed double french doors from the great room. From the deck you will enjoy serene views over the hilly landscape out to Pillsbury Sound while overlooking the community pool and large pool deck area. Your private deck is complete with comfortable lounge chairs for reading or relaxing and a table and chairs for enjoying alfresco dining.

The lower level queen bedroom and adjacent full bath with walk-in tiled shower are conveniently and privately located immediately off the entrance foyer. A spiral staircase in the great room leads to the spacious loft bedroom sleeping area where there is a comfortable king size bed and en suite full bath. There is also a separate sleeping area in the loft where a queen futon bed is available.

The community pool is located a short walk from the condo along a beautifully landscaped pathway. There are lounge chairs for sunning or relaxing after a refreshing dip in the cool clear water. Your vacation on St. John will be memorable in this very comfortable and casual condominium that offers an abundance of island flair.

Very nice property. They did have on the website washer and dryer available and it takes quarters. The information packet in the property also stated washer and dryer. We found out there is a washer and dryer BUT you can not use it. I did call the property manager and suggested they update the website and information on the property. We packed very light assuming there was a washer and dryer. They suggested we go to a laundry mat but I don't want to spend a few hours at a laundry mat. It is up on the mountain and definitely need a car. We did not require any help from the property managers except to show us where the property is located and show us the unit. THey did call the last day to see how everything went. We have been to St John many times so we now how to get around the island...
