One solution is we can pick 3 people up at the airport and return clients to the airport for 45 Euros each transfer. Also, we can offer lifts to some of the attractions including the white sand beaches at Calheta and other places such as the start of walks for a reasonable fee per kilometre.

Group of 5 University students based in Lisbon wrote in the Sunny House Guestbook:
"Paul do Mar is really beautiful. It was always sunny! Bananas were awesome. You can explore nature and see the nicest sunsets.
Sunny House is amazing. It was nice and clean. It is big and comfortable. We liked terrace the most! Amazing just to sit there and watch the sea, waves and sun.
We recommend Sunny House to everyone who is traveling to Madeira to spend a nice holiday there."

House was great and Paul very helpful showing us around on arrival. Unfortunately the weather was not good so didnt get out to walk or see much of the island. Managed a trip to nearby lighthouse - probably about 10 miles away but took over 30 minutes in car. Once up in the hills visibility was less than 50 yards - total white out in the clouds. Also did Funchal but again went up to the clouds. Very happy with the sunny house, just could have done with a bit more sun!
We are very happy that we stayed in this house. It was cheap, but really good house with view to ocean..Very good value for moneys paid. There were everything you might need on your holiday stay. Even there were bottle of wine, tee and coffee, which was very good as we arrived very late and had no chance to buy it. In the house there were a lot of information about activities on Madeira Island and Paul with Iva were very enthusiastic to provide even more information.
We loved our stay in Sunny House. It's a really traditional tall. skinny house with TWO balconies as well as a shady courtyard. It was fantastic sleeping with windows and patio doors open in the middle of December to here the massive rollers crashing on the beach just metres below the property.
The property had everything you need to get settled - even a bottle of chilled white wine! Also everything you needed for a decent cup of tea and coffee. Paul was a great source of local information and even went to the trouble to show us the local shop which is at the other end of the village down some picturesque traffic free alleyways.
Paul do Mar is such a quiet, laid back and relaxed little place. It was really interesting to watch the locals harvesting the bananas and stacking them along the road for collection. Sunny House feels very 'unEuropean' because the sitting room and barbecue balcony are up on the third floor it all you can see are the banana plantations and the amazing waves. It feels really tropical and even in the week leading up to Christmas we cooked outdoors and sat out on the balcony in the balmy night-time breeze.
It was a lovely place to stay and I'm glad we found it. Our main criteria was looking for somewhere cheap with an internet connection so that we could do a little work when we were on holiday....we found a gem. In this case, cheap doesn't mean compromise...it's just a fantastic place for a fantastic price. Just press that 'BOOK NOW' button - you won't be disappointed.

Everything was perfect: the flight, the rent-car, the house, the island, the weather, the mountains, the sea, the food, ....
Our vacation in Sunny house East was great. Nice situation between the mountains and the sea. Paul welcomed us warmly and give us good advices to spend a good week in Madeira. The house has a confortable terrace when we had wine tasting at evenings (not the good week for sunsets but however we had beautiful lights).
Reaching the other parts of the island was easily with a rented car. The Pingo Dolce at Calheta was great for cooking by ourselves at home.
Thank you Paul and hope to see you again (I left some beers in the fridge, in case you're in lack of water again at your home :-) )
Close to nature: still a centre for fishing and agriculture with a new fishing harbour and many banana fields 'Paul' is now more famous for ‘the feel-good factor’ – peace and relaxation in the country on the hottest Madeiran coastline with the most sunshine. This means that all can relax, swim and walk in these sunnier and hotter climes all year round! Popular amongst walkers, fishermen and swimmers with several safe swimming areas and closeness to famous mountain and levada walks PR 6 and the 'Rabacal/25 fountains' PR 19 walk. Attractions include white sand beaches next to Calheta Marina 10 minutes drive, a rum factory Engenhos with a museum, Prazeres village with 17th century church, fruit and vegetable market and ‘Quinta Pedagogica’ - a free animal park, art gallery and cider house! Plus, there is the award-winning international art centre: ‘Casa das Mudas’ & UNESCO-protected Ancient Laurisilva Forest. Whale/dolphin-watching and big-game fishing boats operate from Calheta marina.
