|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
Find some time to get away from it all by booking this bright and open Lopez Island vacation home, with windows big enough to enjoy beach views. With three spacious bedrooms and cathedral ceilings, you and your family may never want to leave this island paradise.
If you've never been to Lopez Island, the Swifts Bay Beach House with mooring is the perfect way to experience it, as you'll be close to the ferry and the village. Popular for cyclists, the island is a great place to find adventure on two wheels. You can rent kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards in town or you may just decide to visit one of the charming cafes where you can spend the day reading your favorite book in the afternoon sun. For even more fun, catch the ferry and take a day trip to Orcas Island, Sidney, or British Columbia.
Though you may want to relax all day on the massive deck overlooking the water - perhaps while cooking up some burgers on the grill - the cozy interior is certainly the place to be on chilly nights. Gather around the dining table to play cards or enjoy a big family meal. The open kitchen is right next to the dining room and has everything you'd need to cook pancakes for breakfast or homemade pizza for dinner - including stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space.
In the living room, you can watch a DVD on the flat screen TV with a bowl of popcorn. When it's time to turn in for the night, you'll have three bedrooms plus a loft, making this home perfect for up to six guests. Two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a full-sized bed and the second with a queen-sized bed. Head upstairs to find one bedroom equipped with a queen and the loft area with a full-sized bed as well as a twin-over-full bunk bed. In addition, this home has two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and WiFi.
When needing to pull the family away from their busy schedules for a few days, this home will provide the ideal gathering space where you can reconnect with each other and with nature. No need to rush anywhere while staying here, as you'll enjoy a slower pace of life. Of course, you can still hop on a paddleboard or a kayak when you're looking for some fun!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:

Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a absolute bast and are looking forward to our next visit.
This house is located in such an amazing location. We had so much fun on the beach right outside the home's doors, exploring the park and trails down the road, and exploring the rest of the island. The home itself has a lovely kitchen, loaded with kitchen ware for all your needs. The beds are okay, some furniture is extremely worn, some is in good condition. The upstairs bathroom is VERY small and anyone other than a small person will struggle to shower, or even walk in part of it. The deck facing the water was the highlight. We enjoyed meals out there, and watching the stars come out. Parking is interesting. Driveway is a steep slope. Hope there isn't a major rainstorm or have good tires to get out. It was lovely and dry while there, so we had no problem with our car.
The house has an amazing view from the downstairs. Both my friend and I enjoyed exploring the terrain of Lopez island and then coming home to this wonderfully appointed house.
The experience was a memorable family time. Otters and seals just off shore. Deer wandering near the house and mink scampering between the driftwood. An awesome driftwood fort on the beach that our grandchildren quickly made their own. A quiet bay to glide around with our kayak. Great time!
This was a great place to stay on Lopez. The island is small enough that this place is close to both 'Town' and the ferry. Deck/grill is nice and small yard for some games. Easy access to water as it's right on the beach. Plenty of beds for all, two couches, 3 BR, nice open home. Small parking lot but could fit 4 cars - would need some maneuvering to get out with 4 cars. Also fires apparently are not allowed on the beach but is allowed in the designated fire pit right at the beginning of the beach on the property. Kitchen had plenty of supplies and spices for any basic cooking. 100% would stay again.
