Located in "Knob Hill" of Bay Head this beautiful Victorian is from the early 1900's and has been updated but has the old home feel. 3 story, 5 bedroom home sleeps 10 with central air, Wi-Fi. It is one block from the beach and a short walk to town and train. Ocean views from second and third floor. It has a beautiful wrap around porch with cozy seating and dining area. Drive thru driveway to a back easement with additional parking area for 3 cars. Patio and outdoor seating in back yard as well. Great home to have family gatherings.
The first floor has front porch entrance into living room with comfy couches, ceiling fans and wide screen TV. Piano for entertainment.
The dining room seats 8-10 located between LR and kitchen. Butlers pantry. Full eat in/cook kitchen with granite counters. Back door entrance into hall, laundry and 1/2 bath off kitchen. Closet to store beach bags/ shoes.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms. First bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bedroom has double bed. Large full bath and linen closet. Master has king sleep number bed with a full bathroom with shower.
Third floor has loft with tv and sectional. 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and one full bed. Full bath with shower. ocean views and nice private floor.
Outside shower. Wonderful back with grass yard. Private and quiet. Patio with outside dining and lounge chairs. Top of the line Weber grill. Beautiful wrap porch on front and side of house.
Keywords: Located in Bay Head. One block from beach. Short walk to train. A few blocks away from Local Urban Kitchen, The Ark, 7 Eleven, Cuzzin's pizza, Teresa's and wonderful Bay Head town.
Love living in Bay Head full time. Small, quaint, and a lovely place to raise a family and all year long. We have children and love to get away to visit other areas in the summer.
