You will be able to walk to many major monuments located only 5 -10 min away such as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Rodin Museum, the Pont Alexandre III, the Museum of Modern Art, the Orsay Museum, Quai Branly Museum, Champs-Elysées, etc.
Many local restaurants and shopping nearby too.
The apartment has been very recently renovated, decorated and equipped in a beautiful Parisian style, classic and contemporary, with a great attention on comfort and details. It is spacious, very comfortable, quiet, impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards.
It is 60 sq.m (646 sq.feet), located on the 3rd floor (fourth floor American) with lift of a beautiful stone building from the 19th century, of 4 floors, and offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower.
The living room is very bright all day; it has a view of a very beautiful small, traditional street in the 7th district from Paris. It ends on one side by the docks of the Seine, and on the other side by the many shops, bars and restaurants of the famous rue Saint-Dominique and rue Cler. It is equipped with a queen size sofa-bed.
The romantic bedroom with relaxing colour tones has an exceptional view of the very calm courtyard of two majestic Parisian private mansions. It is equipped with a top quality queen size bed with excellent mattress and headboard.
Windows are new with the best quality sound insulation available.
The bathroom has a glassed-in shower and bathtub, two sinks, a towel warmer, hairdryer and plenty of space for your things.
The apartment has a beautifully equipped kitchen with electric cook-top and conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is plenty of cupboard space.
It is furnished with crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans, and utensils.
You will also enjoy an extended tour of the fabulous boutiques and fashion houses in the neighborhood, bistros, chic cafés, fashionable shops, open-air markets...
The apartment is also very near the Seine river: you can go by foot to the Louvre by making a magnificent stroll along the river, by using the pedestrianized docks. Or take an unforgettable boat trip on the Seine in the evening.
Finally, The 7th district is an epicureans' dream where you can discover the loveliest food to purchase and eat within your lovely apartment. . Upon arrival, the manager will supply a list of exceptional local resources : bakers, caterers, butchers cheese makers, pastry chefs, restaurants...all located a few steps away.
Buses, metro stations and taxis are all very nearby.

Perfect in every way
My husband and I visit Paris at least once a year and have rented a number of apartments. This was a very, very good experience. The apartment is as beautiful and well furnished as it appears in the pictures. The location is fantastic, very short walking distance to the Seine, Les Invalides, and Rue Cler, on a quiet residential street with interesting restaurants and great people-watching. The apartment is well equipped with everything one might need, very well thought out, and scrupulously maintained. The kitchen is very functional with good appliances and dishes. We honestly cannot think of one thing that we would change or add in the apartment. Most importantly, Xavier was very cordial, welcoming and easy to work with. He lives in the building, and although we didn't need him for anything, it was convenient to know that he was there. We will absolutely rent this apartment again.
Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood
We had a wonderful and enjoyable time staying at this apartment. The location is ideal, near two Metros with an abundance of good restaurants, markets, and shopping nearby. Rue Cler with its outdoor market is a treat! The apartment is spotless, quiet, well-furnished, and large. We would stay here again on a future trip to Paris. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment ! It was perfect for the 4 of us ! We walked to the Eiffel Tower, enjoyed the restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. Easy to get to all the sights ... we had a wonderful experience in this apartment. Plenty of towels / bedding / kitchen items / etc .Host was very responsive and friendly .
Perfect for our family of 4
This was perfect for our family trip to Paris. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to walk to the museums, Eiffel tower, and metro station. It was a safe neighborhood and there were many markets, restaurants and bakeries within a few blocks. The kids enjoyed watching the Eiffel tower sparkle at night from the apartment window. The owner did a great job explaining everything and everything was clean and in good working order. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Fantastic Property - Perfect in Every Way
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment . From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and at ease. Recently renovated, the apartment was very clean and well maintained, agreable and spacious. All appliances worked wonderfully, with high speed internet.The master bedroom was very quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom modern.
The building was in a wonderful location for both walking access to the main “touristy” spots as well as local dining/shopping. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Everyone in the building that we met was courteous and polite. The elevator was a pleasant surprise and assisted greatly with luggage and daily trips.
We would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend this spot to a friend. Champaubert (the owner & manager) was fantastic to deal with. He had a very detailed list to answer all of our questions before they had arisen. He was also excellent at providing prompt responses to all questions via email, etc. Hope you enjoy Paris as much as we did!

Children rate = adults rate Damage deposit: €500 or $500 asked upon arrival, refunded the day of your departure. Cancellation: - If notification is received 60 days or more before rental period, owner shall refund the full amount of the reservation deposit. In this circumstance the refunds will be reduced by an administration fee of €100. - If notification is received 59-31 days before rental period, owner shall retain fifty percent (50%) of the agreed upon rental for the period. - If notification is received within 30 days of the rental period, owner shall retain seventy-five percent (75%) of the agreed upon rental for the period.
