We really liked our stay at this house. It was in the perfect location for us and really close to grocery stores too. The layout of the house was nice to have a couple of families in, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to find somewhere quiet.

This townhouse has everything you need- great location, plenty of space. The beds were all comfortable, with bathrooms for every bedroom. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, which is great. Lovely stay!
this condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was 3 levels and had everything we needed. 3 1/2 bathrooms were a bonus and the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again!!!
We stayed here for work. We loved that everything was within walking distance: a wonderful whiskey bar with 16 local beers on tap, hair salon, nail salon, grocery store, 2 restaurants, a copy shop, a coffee shop, and a wine bar.
This is a beautiful property! We had 4 grown ups and 2 babies - we had a great time! Plenty of space, great kitchen and dining area. Close to a greenbelt/paved walking trail (which goes by a playground that the kids loved!) Super close to Safeway, a coffee shop, a wine store and Eileen's cookies!
There were so many stairs! Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't expect stairs - everywhere! There is 16 stairs right when you walk in the door to get upstairs to the kitchen (from the front door or garage) then there are 16-17 more stairs to get up to the bedrooms at the top. It was fine for us, but if any of us had any trouble walking or disabilities, it would have been a total bust.
Also, there wasn't a grill outside when we were there, but the kitchen was adequate for what we were cooking, mostly breakfast.
Best location though!
Great property. Everything was as promised. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs- which are not a problem if you are able-bodied. Would definitely stay here again.
4 golf courses nearby, lots of shopping, Old Town Fort Collins, white water rafting, gorgeous Poudre Canyon, beautiful Horsetooth reservoir, great restaurants

This is a furnished long term rental. We are looking for a minimum of a 90 nights. Ideally, we would like 6-12 months. The rate is $2,000 per month, $24,000 per year. A signed lease agreement will be required.
